Homefront Quality Roofing:
It’s possible that Mike George (the license holder, he tells me) had the intention of fixing the roof which was under warranty (the work done was prior to the recent purchase of the house). However, after over 2 months of delays, excuses, and over 25 phone calls and text messages, he did nothing. Meanwhile, every time there was precipitation, there was further damage to my house (including electrical) which will cost significant amounts to repair. The contractor I hired to actually fix it said the wrong adhesive was used. I don’t recommend trusting your home and money to this level of quality or service.

HomeFront Quality Roofing Fraud, Misrepresentation,Duress

On July 20, 2009 Kent Craft a representative of HomeFront Quality roofing appoached me and asked if my roof had been inspected from the sever hail and wind storm from the previous day, I told him no he got out his ladder and got on the roof and told me that my roof had suffered severe Hail and Wind damage and that I had almost run out of time to file a claim on the damage and that if I gave him my Home Owners Insurance policy number and signed the paper he gave me to sign he would be in contact with my insurance company and get my roof fixed and that HomeFront Quality Roofing used only the highest quality roofing materials and that he would insure me an upgrade on shingles and paper ( I have no idea what that meant at the time ) above what the insurance company allowed if i signed and that he would get me an estimate on the following day to submit to Travelers Ins. Kent Craft told me that signing was only a formality and if i choose to change or get another company to do the roof at a later date that wouldnt be a problem but I needed to get the claim filed for the roof as soon as possible or I would lose my right to file so it would be best to go with him becuase he had Travelers on speed dial and could get the claim filed at that time.
I have yet to recieve an estimate for the work and the roofing materials Kent Craft wrote in the contract are substanderd to the materials Travelers allowed.
I feel that I was taken advantage of in a very stressful situation as i was under duress worried about my roof and Kent Craft telling me I was running out of time to file a claim with Travelers for the damage sustained to my roof.
This company is unscrouplous and very unprofessional taking advantage of disbaled people after a natural disaster.

I'm in St. Louis and we agreed to let HomeFront Roofing do our roof. They had a good rating with the BBB at the time and they worked with the insurance company. We let them have the check to get started and was told we would have our roof in four weeks. MONTHS later with tons of excuses, still no roof. By the time I'd finally had enough and started trying to get my money back, it was too late. The phone was disconnected and they had gone out of business in Missouri. I have no idea if this company is still operating in another state, but if they are - beware.

Not only is this company crooked, but the owner is a total piece of you-know-what. He is abusive towards his employees, cusses them out on a daily basis, then he bounces thier paychecks THEN he turns it into the employees fault. This guy should not be in business, he is shady, unethical, overbearing, unprofessional, rude, crude, obnoxious and devious. If ANYONE is considering using them to work on thier roof OR considering working for HIM, I would think twice and don't do it, YOU WILL BE SORRY, trust me! Oh and his "CFO" is just as shady and unethical. Heed my warning it will be the smartest thing you ever did. DO NOT get caught up with this company in any way shape or form.

I work for one of the largest roofing companies in the us KENCOR and that's not how we do business and i agree with the writer of the above we work with insurance companies every day and we put back what was there unless you decide to upgrade please check us out KENCORECONSTRUCTION.com

I agree with this guy I had a friend who had a really bad experience with this roofing company if your smart you will run away as fast as you can before this company can get your name on a contract so they can rip you off
