Falsely advertised item, never delivered, refuses refund. please help and stop these thieves. I already filed a complaint with the authorities in oktober 2022 and my bank after I bought 189€ records end August 2022 in their webshop. they refunded me 39€ in oct. My bank couldn't do anything because I made banktransfer but still tried to get my money back...
