Idprosup.com Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account!

I notice a charge on my account before and I called the place and told them that the charge was unauthorized and that I wanted them to take my name off their list. They informed me that they would. Today 1-22-08 I found a charge on my bank account for $31.98. This payment is unauthorized and any future payments. If there is anything else I should do please let me know. Thank you for your assistance.

I suggest you look at the site again, to see if you really have a ground for saying you didn't authorize the company to withdraw from your account. From what I've noticed, the terms and transactions are posted in the most obvious manner possible, and you can't simply miss it just like that. So it's either you didn't read everything or you really didn't read at all.

The terms and conditions are very clear. They posted what those transactions are for. I don't think something as obvious as that is a scam.

The people pulling these scams should be brought to justice.
An investigation into the money trail should be pursued.
Eventually they will catch themselves by there greed and dishonesty.
Commit a crime and the whole world is made of glass .

I don't even know where this company is located because I never signed up for ID theft. I believe they got my account info from an online loan I applied for but this is outright theft!!! I just was debited $31.98 I need to file papers with my bank and who knows if I will get my money back. I tried calling the customer service number only to wait forever...

Idprosup.com Unauthorized withdrawal!

This company withdrew money out of my checking account without my authorization twice, bringing my account into a negative status. This caused overdrawn fees that I could not afford. I applied for a payday loan which in turn gave my information to these people and they automatically started billing me for a service I never wanted or even asked for. I spoke to them via email and was told they would stop the billing but would not refund my money because of the customer terms and conditions. I wasn't even their customer. I did not want nor ask for this service. Be careful. NMB Platinum also did the same thing and I believe they work together in some way, at least thru the payday loan company I applied at.

A 31.98 charge was drawn out of my checking account without my authorization. I didn't know what it was until I looked online to see their website address. I had no idea who they were, so I put in their address and it took me to this site where there are many complaints about these same people!

I also signed up for the ID theft protection plan by accident, and I was really frustrated at first but after some thinking, I realized it's really important to have one these days. And I said I got it by accident because I didn't read the terms first and when I visited the site again, I saw what it's for and realized my mistake. I suppose there are a lot of you out there with a similar case an I ask you to please just admit your faults rather than blame the company.

Well, aren't you just thankful the charges are for something that's useful? I mean, not all payday loans offer ID theft protection plans. But if you really don't like it, well, sorry. Maybe this incidence will teach you to read all the important stuff next time.

You can't say you don't know anything about it. You must have applied for a loan online and the site matched you with an independent lender. That's how you got the $31.98 on your bank account. If you just read the terms and conditions, you wouldn't wonder what it's all about. Don't go blaming the company immediately. Sometimes, we just have to be honest with ourselves and admit our mistakes instead of harming innocent people.

The company has every right to take money from your bank account coz you authorized them to do so when you signed up for a deal with them. It's all written on the disclaimer. The company's just doing what it's supposed to do. What are you complaining about? And also, there's an option there if you don't want to sign up for the ID theft protection plan. You should've chosen it if you don't want to be charged $31.98.

Idprosup.com FRADULENT CHARGES

I had charges from 3 different companies and www.IDPROSUP.com was one of them. There was a charge of 31.98 that they tried to take from my account I have acquired 200.00 in NSF fees from my bank. People watch out if you are trying to put in for a payday loan on the internet that is where these bogus companies are getting your information from. The other charges came from www.PDSSUP.com and NMB platinum...

Maybe you weren't aware of the deal when you first signed up, that's why you think there are unauthorized charges on your account. Hope this will teach you next time to read first before clicking that "continue" button.

You must have authorized without meaning to when you signed up for a loan with them. Maybe you didn't read the terms carefully that's why you weren't aware that there were going to be charges for the ID theft protection plan. Hope this serves as a lesson to you.

The company is only following your agreement with them. Since you signed up for the ID theft protection plan, then it's only right that they charge you with $31.98 because that's what's included in the deal. If you're wonering what it's about, then it's obvious you didn't read and it's obvious whose fault it is.

I don't know why you always think these companies scammed you when it's obvious whose fault it is. The company's terms and conditions are listed on their site. If you have no idea what the transactions are for, then it's obvious you didn't read. Maybe you're too eager to click that "continue" button and you didn't even bother to read. Now you know why you ended up with such problems-- and it's not the company's fault.
