I don't even know where this company is located because I never signed up for ID theft. I believe they got my account info from an online loan I applied for but this is outright theft! I just was debited $31.98 I need to file papers with my bank and who knows if I will get my money back. I tried calling the customer service number only to wait forever then told I had to call back by an automated service. They offer online chat which does not work and it is just a nightmare. I have to cancel my account and who knows after that what will happen. I am just as upset as all the others whom I have just seen on this site as ripped off and hope my bank will be able to assist me.

I received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription. I could cancel that subscription but could not get my money back unless i contacted the police and had them investigate identity theft, have the police email them with the investigating report.

Those ### did the same thing to me - i immediately called my bank and they got right to work disputing the charge - that's really not the point though - i don't want the $$ back from my bank - i want it back from the snakes that did this, they are also already in the better business bureau (Www. Bbb. Org) database! Go to www. Ic3. Gov - this is the division of the fbi that deals with internet fraud, which is exactly what this is - after some investigating, i found their address and phone number - it is as follows in case you need them -
Idprosup
[protected] 7am - 6pm 7 days eastern time
5025 n central ave
#630
Phoenix, az

With this info you'll be able to file a more thorough complaint - as petty as $62. 98 ($31. 98 $31. 00 overdraft fee) sounds, i will, on no uncertain terms, recover my $$. Sites like these think they can get the best of us - they say to themselves "noone is going to fight for such a "trivial" amount, but if we scam $31. 98 out of enough people. . . " this is unacceptable - it is our job as "the little guy" to bring these criminals to justice!

In addition to there being no contact number on the site, the "terms and conditions" file "could not be opened" - ever! I though maybe a # would be in there.
Perhaps the most interesting fact is this - i went to www. Whois.com to search for the website / domain info - this site was officially registered on 12 / 19 / 07 - i found complaints of fraud dating as far back as 12 / 20 / 07 - the day after the site was official! They have been at this since day one!

In addition to measures at the bank, i have contacted [redacted].com, bbb. Org, this site, ic3. Gov, and im going to see a lawyer monday morning - its up to us! Take care - hope i was some help.

I have also been taken by this scam. I just caught the charge after 3 months, the company says they cannot refund only stop further charges. I know I never authorized this. They claim they got my bank info from an application I was doing for another purpose. Seems like that should be called theft.

This is my complaint that I submitted to the FBI verbatim:

On January 15, 2008, i applied for a payday loan at www.365fastcash.com. The very next day, on January 16, 2008, I checked my bank account balance online and noticed that the $200 loan from 365fastcash.com had been deposited. But I also noticed that there was an additional amount debited to my account in the amount of $31.98 to a company called " www.idprosup.com." I had never heard of this company before, and I immediately went to its website in order to try and contact this company. At first, they told me that they did not have my information on file, and they asked me to fax them a bank statement to show that my account had been debited. I faxed it, and they told me to contact them again in two business days while their accounting department "verified" the transaction. I researched the company, and it turns out there are several other complaints. I found several on "www.complaintsboard.com." When I contacted them again on January 18, 2008, they notified me that in order to get a refund, I had to contact the police in order file a fraud report. Then, I had to send the report to them in order to get my refund. This is just there way to make it as tough as possible to resolve the issue, and I guess their rationale is that nobody is going to go through that kind of hassle over thirty dollars.

I have NO idea what this charge is, what company, where they are located! I want my money BACK in my account immediately! This is a scam, to say "free offer", which I'm sure this was, & take money out without my knowledge?! Appalling...

They have never heard of this and I have never heard of a respectable company not refunding your money. I was not notified by this site of the charges or the withdrawal. And I didn't apply for it.

This place has charged my card 31.98...weird thing is...they did it...right after my funds were deposited into my account...they charged me at 4:09am and my money went into my account at 2:00am...all of while I were sleeping. And I see all these people say they applied for a payday loan and blah blah blah...I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN! So I don't know why the hell they charged me this...I disputed it with my credit card company and they are going to handle this.

I work for a Credit Union and a member called me today about charges on his account from pdssup and idprosup. He was charged the 31.98 and the 6.97 several times. I had no idea was this charge was and informed him he needed to contact this merchant and try to dispute it (our procedure). I came home and went onto the internet to investigate who these companies are (we can't use internet at work). I was amazed at how many complaints I am finding. A lot of these scam sites will sign you up for other stuff without your knowledge. I informed this member that he will get these charges reversed. If you see this on your statement, go or call your institution immediately and explain the fraudulent charge, they should return your money. Also be sure to have them put a stop payment on both these websites, they may charge you for this (ours is a $25.00 stop payment fee! yikes!). If you don't have the stop payment put on, these sites will keep charging you. Check you account daily! and report anything suspicious.

I received a letter from my bank telling me I was in a negative amount in my checking and they charged me $21.00 for an overdraft so it brought my balance to an negative $51.60. I don't know what this company is or anything about it. But at this point I cant afford this because I am not working and the little bit of money I do get from a retirement check just barely keeps me going. The only thing I do know is my statement has awww.IDPROSUP.com as the eft transaction. What can I do... Plz advise smb!

I was also victimized by this company. I found their phone number and called a representative who said the charge was "non-refundable" (but surprisingly was not able to provide any written documentation bearing my signature authorizing any such withdrawal). I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission, the IC3 and the BBB will be faxing all the reports to the fax number they provided [protected]). Let them mull over a report against them for stealing my identity and bank information...

I also caught this the same day they stole the money so a fraud affidavit was filed within minutes of my bank branch opening for the morning and all their information was provided to the bank so they could investigate it and see that there's no authorization on file (unless they're forging documents - then there's even more of a legal case against these snakes) to have taken my money.

Also anybody else who is a victim of these snakes...

You may find a similar charge in your bank records from IDIN (for the same $31.98) and another charge for $6.78 from (PDSSUP.COM).

None of these charges are legal, and I'm sure none of you signed any authorization permitting any of these "companies" from withdrawing money from your account.

My bank allows me to place a stop payment order for free against all of these companies at no charge (your mileage may vary). Certainly if you see any further charges from any of these "companies" you should contact your local police, file a report, and perhaps even go through the hassle of changing your bank account number entirely to prevent further illegal activity from taking place against you.

My bank thankfully (thanks to the type of account I have) waives the $25 (per merchant) stop payment fee. Otherwise I'd be out just as much as was stolen from me just to stop payments on future theft from my account.

The thieves are IDIN, PDSSUP.COM and IDPROSUP.COM. None of these companies do anything but commit fraud (from what I can tell), and they tell you that their fees are "non-refundable" when you call their "representatives".

I'll be faxing them the reports that I filed with the ID3, my local police department and I've filed fraud affidavits with my bank for all three charges that they illegally made against my account. Hopefully that will put an end to it for me - but these thieves definitely need to be taken to court for their criminal actions.

File a report with the FBI and your local police department. Fax them copies of the police reports. Also file a complaint with the FTC for identity theft (ironic that a supposed "identity theft protection" service company is committing that very crime). Not sure what mileage I'll get with having filed those reports, but my best hope is that the fraud affidavits I filed with my bank will get my money refunded immediately. It's also prudent to either change your account number entirely (which can be a royal pain in the ### if you have direct deposit, automatic bill payments, etc.), or put stop payments against these companies (which can also cost you upwards of $25 per "company"). And since the first $31.98 was from IDIN, the second from IDPROSUP.COM and the $6.78 was from PDSSUP.COM - this could cost you as much as was stolen to begin with, if not more.

They got me too but it shows they only charged me for 31.98 so far I just called my bank and they said they couldn't do anything about it except have me come in to pay 20.00 to get it stopped to where that site can not charge me anymore...ugh this is the first time its happened to me and I am so ticked now! What site have ya'll been going to to report this.

I received a notice from my bank informing me that you attempted to debit my account for $31.98 on 01-16-08. I didn't have that amount in my account and was charged a $25.00 overdraft charge. I didn't give you permission to debit my account. I don't have that kind of money to throw away, so therefore I would appreciate it if you would send me my money for that overdraft fee and don't try to debit my account ever again. thank you very much.

If the bank doesn't reverse a transaction that's fraud there are government agencies that govern this and you can report the bank for not reversing such fraud. Not sure who you'd contact (presumably somebody on this board does - or check out [redacted], there may be more information on there).

My bank had me sign a fraud affidavit, then 10 days after they receive the fraud affidavit they give a preliminary credit and within some period of time (I think 60 days, maybe 90 days) they ascertain whether the transaction was indeed fraud and either leave the preliminary credit or withdraw the money again.

If you can't file a report with the bank, there's some agency that mandates how banks are "supposed" to behave with regard to these matters, or you should file a police report with your local police department and name the company (that's all over this forum and [redacted]) and its owner as having committed identity theft against you. In addition, be sure to file a report with the FTC and the FBI's IC3 and ensure that all the reports are in your local PD's file.

Fascinatingly enough (after having problems yesterday with the phone representative from this company - and also discovering that there were *two* unauthorized charges against my account, not just one)...

I plastered [redacted] and this forum with posts. I filed a report with the FBI's IC3 group and two reports (one for what I thought was only $31.98 but then a second for the complete amount) with the FTC and filed fraud affidavits with my bank for both charges (still doesn't address the $6.78 from "some other company" that's been mentioned on this forum)...

I got a call from a supervisor who said they'd be mailing me a check for the full $63.96 that I should expect within the next week. Interesting, seems like all the negative publicity (and perhaps law enforcement pressure) is making this company think twice about the crap it's pulling.

Now to wait a week and see if the check actually ever arrives...

I too have become a victim of this crime. I checked my account and wondered why the amount was so low and realized that www.IDROSUP.com had went to my account and withdrew 31.98 without my consent. I can't believe that people are able to do this. I applied for a payday loan weeks ago which I didn't received and this company just took the money out on friday. I agree with the guythat we should get a lawsuit going because this can't be legal!

I also got charged $31.98 from this company. I didn't want to call until I did my own investigating and this is when I found this complaint board on them. I didn't want to "live chat" with anyone or cancel and reaffirm my account number via internet. That is some real crap. I called my bank and the name that gave permission for this tranaction was my mother! She isn't even on this account! Tommorrow I plan on filing a report w/my bank and hopefully w/my police department. I feel violated and don't understand where these people find this infomation! I work in at our local sheriff's department and I try really hard to watch out for weird emails, things that say "log on" again, etc but look at me I still got bit in the butt! Uggghhh! I hate this!
