Well I honestly don't know where to begin about this corrupted website. I was a proud and dedicated customer of this dump website until 2018 when I officially requested to close my account because of personal issues I had with customer service. Especially with a wetback named Pedro B.! I hope to the unholy messiah I never come across this [censored] in life...

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE LIGIT AS I ORDERED FROM AMAZON. AMAZON IS BOGUS AS WELL AS THEY SHOULD BAN THIS OUTFIT FROM THEIR SYSTEM. I AM ###ING PISSED OFF AS THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT OF SOME SENTIMENTAL VALUE FOR MY SISTER AND I AND SHE NEVER GOT IT.

I bought a dvd from them off ebay. It turned out to not be just what I thought it was so I sent them a message on ebay that I'd be returning it. I did like it said for returns they had listed on ebay. Never got a refund, and never got a reply from them when I sent the message saying I was returning it. I sent them a message through their website I did get a reply from them. But just said they were forwarding it to their ebay department. No reply after that. Next time I sent a message with the tracking number, scanned copy of the order slip. And never got a reply from them after that. I did buy season 2 of Six Million Dollar Man from them through Amazon and got that without any problem.
