Incline Health Unauthorized charges

I ordered the free trial of Acai Fuel. MY credit card was charged $6.95. I canceled the account two days later after speaking with my co-worker who told me she ordered the trial offer and her card was charged $79.99 and informed me that it was a scam. Another few days went by and I figured let me call again to be sure my account was canceled and that I would not be billed. On my second call I found out that the first sales person never canceled my account even though I was given a cancellation number. On March 23, 2009 I was charged again $79.99 for the same product even though a second shipment was not sent. I spoke to customer service who stated that my account was never canceled and they will investigate. I offered to return the shipment because I did not open the package. I was told no returns are accepted. I think as consumers we should be able to return a product if we change our minds and if we do not want a product. I think the sales people are trained to lie about canceling the accounts and giving cancellation numbers that they cannot trace or track. Please inform anyone not to order this product because it is a scam to get into your account so you can be billed continuously and customer service is of no help.

What poor customer service… they said that I ordered something from them and it was my fault that I did not receive product. When I called because they charged my account they said I should track down the product and call them back to request a refund. OMG I can’t believe this company- what a scam!

The same thing just happen to me with this company! I just went to my bank and had to cancel my debit card. They can keep taking money out of your account if you don't get a new card. I used a debit card, so I have to wait for a new one now. The bank said that was the best way to order something on line is to use a debit card, because if this does happen you can cancel the card and not have to cancel you whole account--like if you used your account number. This is crazy, this company will hopefully go out of business. I contacted the Attorney Generals Office and my local news channel in hopes that they get this information out there. The site used Oprah and her name, so of course I thought it was a legit company and I was getting something great! Not the case at all, just getting screwed! I will keep reporting them to every site I can find. You can't take someone's hard earned money these days and get away with it, well at least my hard earned money! Keep complaining people, it's your right!

Incline Health Extreme ordering circumstances

The company says they are giving you a trial product for 14 days; however, it takes 11 days to receive the item and once you try the product it is past the 14 days; and you get sick from it because it has 57mg of caffinee per pill, I believe, which is way too much; you cannot return the unused portion and receive your money back, as you know they have already charged your account the $80 for a 30 day supply of pills, because it is a trial offer. So what they are saying is that no matter what you cannot get your money back period! You are just stuck with the product and the charge!
