Poor Mailing List Services
I hired Infinity Intellectuals to obtain a mailing list for a client project. I specifically requested doctors (MDs) in specific cities around Phoenix. When i first got the data, they provided me with more than double the records they said they would deliver. I wasn't ready to use the data immediately and only scanned to see that the cities and specialties were there. Later I realized that they had provided hospitals and not MDs - the list was totally useless to me. When I went back to them, they said they could not provide other data - they didn't have access to this data which I found out from another company was readily available. Not only that, the representative didn't seem to understand the difference between a list of hospitals vs. doctors and couldn't grasp the concept of what i wanted until I said, "i want cardiologists in Phoenix, etc." When i asked for a refund because I could see that they would not provide the data i needed, they failed to respond to me. I would never recommend this company. They are not to be trusted. They do not know what they are doing and they are not reputable.
Spam and Sales Practices
Infinity Intellectuals (www.infinity-intellectual.com) send me spam emails on a daily basis advertising their services. Sometimes I am receiving more than 2 spam emails which look exactly the same but come from different email addresses. Over the last year i've been requesting to remove me from their mailing list by hitting "unsubscribe" links, emailing people, complaining to management. Unfortunately I never received a reply from the company and they continue to use not only my business email but personal email as well.
Infinity Intellectuals is a company which uses email addresses which they collect illegally without actual opt in by a person or a company. Moreover, they go on companies’ websites and use web forms to send their spam messages. I received several spam emails though my website contact and application forms.
I think Anthony Reid (anthony.[protected]@infinity-intellectualonline.com or anthonyreid.[protected]@gmail.com) is the person who sends most spam messages for Infinity Intellectuals. I've been trying to contact him several times but he never wrote me back.
Complete fraudsters. Data had a 86% bouncerate and they then stop all communication. Use these guys at your peril. Sam.
I have been getting daily spam emails from them, using fake American sounding names. I have emailed them dozens of times to stop sending me emails.. They also go to my website and fill out my contact form with their spam messages. The company is actually an offshore company, who is renting a virtual office in Delaware, so they appear like they are domestic.. They are using the fake American sounding names in their spam mail, but once you speak with them they barely speak English and are located who knows where.. It doesnt get much shadier then this.. BEWARE OF infinity-intellectual.com and their fraudulent marketing practices. I have filed a complaint with the BBB here http://www.bbb.org/delaware/business-reviews/mailing-lists/infinity-intellectual-inc-in-newark-de-32002106/ . I suggest everyone do the same.
Infinity Intellectuals have been spamming me with emails advertising their spam databases for months now. I've emailed and phoned them repeatedly to be removed. They use all kinds of fake names and keep switching their send domain name. Avoid these spammers like the plague.
