I want to shed some light on few points on the comment from K John.

1. First of all John states ' I work for Deloitte and Deloitte has SAP FICO'. What does that mean? Are you saying Deloitte conducts class in SAP FICO. Then why did not attend the class.

Truth- You want to get into SAP practice at Deloitte or elsewhere. Your only option to learn SAP FICO is SAP Academy which will cost you around $11000 for FI and $13000 for CO. Currently other feasible options are classes run by Indian IT companies.

2. "I am a CPA"

Truth - CPA certificate has no connection with SAP. CPA certificates only purpose is to become an external auditor. . SAP FICO is application of finance and accounting. You need a different skill set to practice as CPA. SAP consultant does not have to be a CPA. Even if you know 100% of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting, you will still need to struggle hard to become a SAP consultant

3. Majid-

Truth- I can agree with John Majid does not know everything about FICO.(For that fact no one in the world knows everything about FICO)

Majid;s main problem is Majid thinks students in the class does not know anything about SAP and students will not be able to question him. That need to change. For example- during the class if you ask a question about configuration first response from Majid How did you reach thus far. Have you done previous configuration steps. Because Majid is reading his notes from SAPTOPJOBS and moving at lightning speed. He believes no student will be able to configure SAP during class (Which is the case with most of the students)

From my perspective Majid has some experience in some part of FI but not CO. Majid's main purpose of running this class is to remind himself of the FI subject, so when he go for his interview he will remember how to bluff about things he does not know. Majid want to spend some easy time on Saturdays away from his family and make some money

To be precise Majid has no experience in CO and I do not think he is suited to teach CO. CO training at ITBMS is completed with in 4 days. Whid is impossible. One module of CO - Cost Center Accounting will take 3 days to cover. A module like product costing will need ready made data from SAP MM module PP module SD module etc. and will take atleast 1 week to cover. So all Majid does is an introduction to CO Theory ( which he reads from SAP Topjobs notes.)

My advise to ITBMS and Majid - This FICO class is only an introduction to SAP. Tell students we will cover Fi and we will introduce CO. Then Majid can cover FI in 7 days and introduce CO in 1 day. Because a person new to FI CO will never be able to understand CO unless he practices FI for at least 3 months.

4. 'Madhu is from South India'.

Truth-None of your business. Madhus job is not to teach SAP. Her job is to collect payment for class. And she does that very well. By explaining which part of India people come from you are portraying yourself as an idiot. CV Raman was from Bangalore. John you are not smart as you think that is why you are unhappy at Deloitte. Hope you heard about Raman effect, which makes this computer work.

5. Placement

Truth- ITBMS must be blamed for their placement promises. Most of the employees of ITBMS(whom you see in their office) themselves are trying to get a SAP position. That is why they are sitting in office and listening remotely to each and every class being conducted.

SAP Placement is not easy and is almost impossible for an Indian company like ITBMS unless candidate is ready to lie, cry and bluff.

But remember you can get a SAP consulting position it will happen only if you try. However trying means you must be ready to go through countless sleepless night, depression, trauma . Finally you will reach there. Good luck

This seems a ultimate fake consultancy firm. What a looser you are? proudly saying 200+ people there that who did not get jobs. you made more money from training charges from people.

ITBMS is an honest and good company. They comply with all legal formalities and would never do anything illegal. They noticed my talent and my career took off to great heights from nowhere.No company can place you if YOU don't put in your 100% efforts. I had to look around for projects too. In fact, I got the project myself. Its a team work. Doesn't matter who bags the project first - the marketing team or you for yourself. At the end of the day, what matters to me is that I am in projects since last 4-5 years without a single day down. They noticed talent in me, hired me and provided me the platform to work. I think its unfair at the same time stupid if you just sit back, relax, don't follow up, no wonder your career would never take off. Its very easy to blame others for your failures and take full credit if you are successful. Many of my friends who have made their rocking careers including me never come online and give any praise to the company. But couple of freaks who had sour grapes would definitely come and hurl abuses. That's human tendency. Good luck to all. Peace

We are a reputed organization who take our word seriously. We have 200+ Consultants who could have not been successfully placed if not for our real time instructors and industry contacts. As you said the person who comes on the week end is not our training counselor nor an industry expert, he is a graduate student whose only work is to collect the forms and open the facility and help trainees if they need any. I think you got him confused with the counselors who are supposed to answer your specific questions regarding placements. ITBMS...

BAD Company for sure.

There is only one lady sitting allday there (may be with multiple names sometimes) and during the weekend they have another gentleman who comes to open the office so that the people who have not paid will pay and he can watch movies on laptop.

Some simple questions you ask before you pay them and see what answers you get back, we tried ... WE got a lot of BS and prolonged answers so that we finish our training and then they forget about us.

questions like where would you place us, names of people who have been placed, what is the role once we join...and simple things that give you confidence...but answers you would get would be none.

Training by a person working in totaly diffrent segment and teaching while he learns from us most of the time. Very liplocked guy who taught us ...infact he just read the book, no insight no experience.

I wasted my 1500 which they say you will get it back... Its a big fat lie... becuase you would never be placed and never would they call you if you dont..its Money making Racket, I have submitted thier name for IRS...lets see.

Why would somebody wast so much time in bad mouthing someone...this is frustration and above all trying to save each and every person who can avoind the trap of LIES by these guys...please watch your dollar people.

If they are geniune ask them that you would pay the day you get an offer letter and see how colors change...

Hi, I was just browsing and noticed all this written against ITBMS.I agree that placement these days is not that easy. I took training from them and had to wait for almost 4 months to get a project. I kept trying
and they did allow me to retake the classes. Ofcourse this was tough but never felt that I was left on my own. The recruiter provided me with client feedback after the first two interviews and the Instructor guided me accordingly. I did fail in the initial attempt but I could certainly not blame the Company and Instructor for that. I would recommend self retrospection to people who think negative publicity would help them anyways...

Can you let me know who you are.. I'm not connected with Itbms except for that i haveI worked for them as a consultant.. Just because you accused me I just want you to contact me please send all Ron's email to srishti@yahoo.com. Not everyone gets placed as you need to put efforts to get placement... Companies cannot survive if they don't place..

Don't believe the comments of Shristi . ITBMS Management using this FAKE ID to mislead students. ITBMS conducting this illegal SAP Training .ITBMS (Unauthorized SAP Training Company ). ITBMS was never able to deliver the promised training content. ITBMS promised job after training but never happened. ITBMS expected me get involved in resume fraud, unethical, fraudulent, falsification of all my information in the resume. Jagan / Madhu 100 % percent fraudulent and duping the students. ITBMS practice manager never responded to my calls .Support after training is a false promise made by ITBMS. Majid is experienced SAP consultant but not good instructor .Majid as a practice manager never supported me in fact he never returns my calls.I have all the email communications from RON ITBMS marketing person requesting me to falsify my resume. Jagan / Madhu cannot deny my comments because both of them aware I'm just stating the facts here and I have proof for the same.

Can you disclose yourselves private private, are you an ex trainee? i have seen you rambling everywhere about ITBMS, why is _ve publicity for them? If you are a competing company, you need to advertise to earn your clients. Disparaging other companies as if they do a bad job is not a good tactics. FYI i got my SAP trg with ITBMS and have been successfully placed. you can contact me if need be for reference.
