non-payment for work performed
Do not work for this so called company. He is a fraud. He will not pay you for the work you complete. I have tried to be patient with this man but it is pointless. Dont get involved with JTE House Deals. I have attached the logo so that you can know what to avoid. I sent an email to him and the people he does business with informing them of what I plan to do unless he sends payment. Please read below:

I have been very patient and given you multiple opportunities to do the right thing. Yet, you have chosen to NOT pay your employees. As CEO of JTE House Deals you are under obligation to honor the contract you had your employees sign. I worked 4 to 6 hours days 5 days a week on behalf of JTE House Deals so I earned the wages you are withholding.
Since you have decided NOT to pay me nor have you paid 3 other employees, I have taken proper measures to inform your counterparts of your dishonorable business practices. You are taking advantage of our country's resources and you take advantage of people who work for you by NOT paying them. I have taken the liberty of also notifying the several other authoritative figures (Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Florida State Attorney General) so please be prepared as you may hear from them soon.
Nick texted me and suggested that we write a report about all of your shady business practices and post them online. He recommended /link removed/ and complaintsboard.com. Although I have not been able to write my own report, Nick has written one and posted it using my name without my permission. This post is a reflection of his feelings towards you. Please see attached screenshots of our conversation. As soon as I get the opportunity to post please note that it will be similar to what you are reading now.
It is my hope that you change your ways and do the right thing. Honesty is always the best policy and when you do wrong to others, it will always come back to you. Take a moment and send me the money I have earned. We agreed $500 and that is what I expect.
Running a business is hard work and can be overwhelming. Despite the struggles that business owners experience, they should show respect and kindness to those who work for them and to those who buy from them. This is a lesson that you are still learning. I recommend taking classes on how to run a business, entrepreneurship for beginners, and QuickBooks so that you know when to pay your employees. These classes are held online at various colleges and universities however, since this can be costly, you can go to Udemy.com and pay between $9.99 to $249.99 for a course. I wish you all the best and I truly hope you have learned from this experience.

I used to work for this guy named Jay with JTE House Deals. This guy is a loose cannon. It is almost as if he is on drugs or something. After I quit, i found out that he was talking behind my back on the action call. 🙄 He totally twisted my words. I think it's funny how he feels the need to explain why people keep quitting. He is full of excuses due to the guilt of people not liking him. Too many people have quit for the problem to be every one else. Now, he even is not paying me for the work that i did as part of the team for the Casselberry deal that closed. This guy is a scam artist. Beware of this guy.

most of the time, I found him good to the business and relationship with the customers.
but i'm not being judgemental whether you have grudge against him or the competitors hired you to do that, .

Thank you so much for your review. I found one of his job listings on UpWork and sent in a proposal because it seemed right up my alley. After being on the phone with this dude for an hour I can definitely agree that he is on some sort of drugs. He needs to be stopped. I’m going to report him on UpWork. Again, THANK YOU for warning me. I was totally about to waste my time and energy

but i haven't found him that cruel.
yeah i can say that payments could be somewhat late but it never happened to me .
i have worked as a online contractor .
i have taken care of advertisement for him .
and he paid me on time every single time . yes he is a bit cautious where he is spending his money. but i really appreciate him . and could contact him if you will provide me the proofs and will get your money back .
