Unable to download all the pdf for the completed Spiritual Life Coach course
My Spiritual Life Coaching course started 08/15/23 and completed the course several days ago, but I was not able to open, down load and print several of the pdf files. I was able to go through all the recommended course requirement and was told by the instructor that I'd successfully completed the course. But I was unable to go and attach all the files for proof of completio.n, because I wasn't able to open some of the pdf flies and some of the same files appeared 2-3 times. It was very difficult to finish the process. I became very frustrated because I didn't know what else to do and didn't have a phone number to call anyone to help me with this problem.
I really enjoyed the course, learned so much and was very inspired and encouraged by Emily. She was great!. Please help me to obtain my Spiritual Life Coach Certification. People are depending on me. Thank you so much in advance, much appreciated!

I do not have any photos or anything other than the notes I wrote while viewing the lectures. Some of the lessons that I was able to download and print from pdf. Several of the worksheets and outlines in pdf I was not able to download and print because when I tried to click to download and print the file suddenly disappeared before I was able to. I even tried to click more that once to try to open and down load the file but they disappeared as quickly as they appeared, not giving me enough time to even click on the file. I'm fortunate though that I viewed the video sessions and wrote good notes along with taking my own notes.

after clicking on my assignment, it just shows loading. But i am unable to write any report asked in the assignment.
There is some problem in the app. I first thought it was my network problem. so i have changed the timing and other networks also but same problem happens again again. whenever the click on the assignment to complete, i am unable to write anything. it just shows loading sign. but doesnt come to an end, so that i can write anything. i have also tried to logout, refresh and login many times and finally became totally irritated from this. i have to soon complete the assignment so that i could get the certificate apreciation.

Courses crashing / stopping altogether.
So, I hear of Udemy through some associates of mine as I'm looking to branch in different career aspects. I'm told it has "virtually everything you need to start learning." and, with my interest piqued, I go onto the website and find a surprising amount of courses to take, but I wanted to gauge how well this service works out for me. I spend a decent amount on a few courses that meet my needs, but as I'm progressing through my first one (Complete Ethical Hacking Bootcamp 2022: Zero to Mastery), I'm halted by the same constant error message. I refresh the page; nothing new. I use the "System check page" (on numerous occasions), but not only is my hardware more than capable of playing these courses but, in hopes of resolving this issue, I proceeded to download 2 other browsers and ran it through those (with incognito tabs & cache refreshes), but it still came up empty. At this point, I ended up E-mailing Udemy due to the difficulties I'm experiencing. only to get one of the most unhelpful replies ever. It, in essence, gave me the same chunk of text as the URL addressed here:

Frustrated by what i went through, I ended up requesting a refund under the assumption that the blame isn't on the service, but rather on the course I was taking. I then proceeded to try 2 other courses, only to run into the exact same issue with the both of them. Completely different courses; same error message. At this point, I've exhausted my options and there is very little I am able to do as of now; it's out of my hands.
I still would like to use this service, but from what I've had to do just to see if I had any involvement with this reoccurring issue, I am starting to doubt this service is even considerable for anyone who wishes to learn from this platform.
Desired outcome: A bug fix would be nice, rather than having to go through the same system requirement routine then end up trying to E-mail Udemy only to be given a lackluster, print & processed response that doesn't help you. Really underwhelming service.
Certificate look/design
It is not a complaint it is more of a suggestion I have taken many courses from udemy.com. In the past, the certificates were beautiful design and looked great, professional and like udemy.com really cared.
The latest certificates look like the organization does not care. My question is how much money does it takes to make produce a decent certificate? If it is about cost why not design, and print them in China? (I am being sarcastic).
The certificate that Udemy.com is providing at the end of the course is a simple white sheet with fonds/letters on nothing else. Please we want to believe that you care about us at Udemy.com. Please, I demand a better-looking certificate because I care. I hope you do Udemy.com (Just a piece of paper with fonds/letters on it is not acceptable.

I bought 5 office and accounting related courses to upskill for job search but within days and before I could access the courses my husband had a health crisis which meant I would not be returning to work. I asked udemy for a refund and got a course credit which I will never be able to use. Further they provided zero customer support and when I tried their listed contact # it said not in use? Come on really? I do not recommend udemy.
