Udemy Courses on udemy

I bought 2 courses on Udemy prices are $15.99 and $18.99.
All the sudden I got charged $17.05 and $20.25. The when I contact them via live chat the told me it's apple that charged me extra not them so I was like how come they were like not their responsibility so I said well it's your business and it's your app when I buy from you then it's your responsibility they told sorry they can do anything about it which is a lie because it seems like they let us pay for app services by letting apple charge us instead of charging them (Udemy so it's cheating and I will file a lawsuit against the Udemy app company because they should let us as students (Customers) know but since they act stupid they will be the looser This is USA laws apply on all business no one above the law.

Udemy Purchased course is removed from my learnings

Udemy Udemy india seems to be a fraud organization

Udemy.com is real scam organization. Here is my experience. I have purchased 3 course's from Udemy and paid 1080 INR from my phone wallet. I have not received access to my purchased courses. When I contact Udemy customer support, the said they have not received money but I can see that money was deducted from my phone wallet and I have transaction id. Funny thing is, During my discussion with Udemy customer care representative before I provide them transaction id, they said even though I have transaction id they can't help in providing access to my purchased courses. After 48 hours, they mentioned that they have not received money and hence they cannot provide access to my purchased courses. Even though you have a transaction id which clearly chows that payment was done to Udemy india as shown below. I request all who wants to purchase courses from Udemy, just think twice and it is up to you. I AM SURE THIS IS A BIG SCAM.

I forgot to cancel the free trial and got charged. I made a request for refund the very same day .
But still Udemy support was acting inefficient and denied for a refund.
I am not even using the service and made a request with an hour of the transaction .

Udemy Exchanging 2 courses for another that is past 30 day refund

I had signed up for several courses back 1/3/2017. However due to busy work schedule I was unable to take them until this year. I completed 2 of them - Business Analyst and Excel Beginner to Advance. I still have 2 more - Excel dashboards and Excel advance formulas. I am currently taking the A+ certification training. I am requesting to replace the Excel dashboard and Excel advance formulas with another class. Those two classes I paid $19.00 a piece for. I am requesting to take another class that will be more relevant for me. If I can swap the 2 classes for another one (even if I have to pay the difference) at least I would be taking something else to advance my career. I have been that your systems can't handle exchanges but if this is a large online platform, I don't see why this would be difficult to grant my request.

Udemy Refund

I did not want a credit I wanted a refund, I have ADHD and it must have automatically chosen the box I did not want and I did not see that.
The course was way outdated for the software too!

Udemy course forcibly removed

Hello, for some reason, i have recently logged into my Udemy account in order to continue my courses which i left unfinished. They are: CBT (Anxiety and Phobia Disorders) another mental health course. I was told from the beginning of my course that the time period is unlimited (meaning without a certain finishing date). I even made a telephone call to confirm this. The lady kindly validated my query. But for some unknown reason, i cant find my courses anymore. I am suffering with mental health which is why i bought this course using money from my savings. Can someone please kindly tell me why my courses have been removed from my system without ny acknowledgement?

I would also want to formally request a refund from the courses that have been forcibly removed from my system.

Udemy false advertising of a class

To whom it may concern,

I saw the attached pictures and found that Udemy is advertising this class as art therapy and so are the instructors.
I am an art therapist and what they are selling is not art therapy. You need a masters degree to be an art therapist and you need to be an art therapist to say you are providing art therapy. This is shown by the attached screenshot of the definition of art therapy by the american art therapy association.

This is not at all clear in the advertising of this class and is causing confusion as you can see in the comments with people thinking they are learning art therapy.

The words art therapy need to be removed from the advertising and the class.

Udemy the complete javascript developer: mean stack zero-to-hero

Recently I purchased a course named "Course content video not playing". But when I start/play the course it doesn't play any video and keeps on rotating/buffering. SIr i have enrolled for a course web development worth of rs 800. I have done payment through netbanking. I have done payment on date 26oct 2018.The issue is 800/- is deducted from my account and still i am not enrolled for that course. I want refund of rs 800/-. Udemy I have paid the course fee 720/ but course is missing & neither received any acknowledgement

I have enrolled for Course-Complete Guitar System- beginner to Advanced on
14th July 2018 which is created by Enrich Andreas
For this course I have paid the course fee 720/- by Google play. (through the Udemy app)

I got the payment deduction confirmation through bank too. But didn't receive the confirmation email neither the course is reflecting through the "My Courses" option in mobile app & web.

I have register complaint & got the complaint number-1968377 but not received the resolution.

What is wrong with you guys? Either refund my payment or start my course.

Udemy course refund

Dear Sir/Madam
Udemy Online Course - The Complete Piano Course
On 2.3.2018 I placed an order for an online course The Complete Piano Course on the Udemy website www.udemy.com and was never able to receive the information. I have discovered that the course was missing and became very dissatisfied with the service received from Udemy when I reported the problem and now wish for a refund however my requests have been continuously ignored.
The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
As Udemy are in breach of their 30 day refund policy I no longer require the course and request a refund of the sum paid of £10.99. Despite replying to 11 correspondence emails with two members of Udemy staff for the past two weeks providing all the necessary information showing proof of payment, I have still not received a refund
I am requesting for this matter to be resolved and a satisfactory refund for the amount paid for the course.
I would appreciate if you could help with this matter.

Udemy customer support

They did not read the mail properly and their sulotion made the problem worse. My husband purchased two courses. Paid for these courses but they where lost? They also didn't appear under my account. So he purchased these courses again making sure he oppened a account for himself. He paid twice. When he contected udemy and asked for a refund they paid the amount of one course back and took one course from his account. He is now only able to follow one course. In the first mail he put the compleet description of the payment refferences. He paid twice for two course.
Ticket 1512980.
The sulotion we want is a refund for the first payment and that my husband can follow the two courses he purchased the second time.

Udemy they ignore me!

I can't contact www.udemy.com support and I have no idea why are they ignoring me! I tried everything - their phone number and email address and still can't get in touch with them. All I want is to ask a simple question but they don't seem to care and that's quite a bad thing for them. I never used this service and will never do that. I already see how they treat their users - with a total disrespect! Is it so hard to find 5 minutes and reply? Horrible attitude!

Udemy the admins stole my videos and I didn't want to return them

I have the account on www.udemy.com. I have placed my videos with the course on their website, but the admins have stolen them and it became impossible to find these videos in the Internet. I emailed the admins and asked to return them or I would close my account. But the admins denied everything. It was really useless to speak with them. Don’t register there and don’t do business with these guys.

I asked for a refund within an hour of ordering the course on March 17, 2024 because the instructors accent was so thick i could not understand him. I was issued a credit. I am super pissed, I should not have to ask for my money back and now have been told I can only take other courses and I will not get my payment back.
