ResearchGate Membership registration

Dear Sirs,

I have two issues I would like to address:

1. I have tried to register for an account without success - Company email or NGO address not accepted.

I own and operate an experiential education company in Thailand, and have been bringing in International school and university groups for - service learning and study programmes in northern Thailand (reforestation, sustainable agriculture, small construction projects in rural schools, since 1986. Projects are funded and worked on by our clients and donors.

We have just established a 3rd centre in Sam Roi Yot. (Gulf of Thailand) As an ex-oilfield diver, I am interested in developing coastal restoration projects in the Gulf of Thailand and need access to related information and academics active in that area, in order to establish research connections, and contribute data gathered.

2. You have for years sent me notifications of related articles published by an E.S. BEARY (not me), and despite several requests for an introduction I have yet to get a response.

I am really keen to move forward and would much appreciate your help.

Regards

Shane K Beary

ResearchGate Co-author name wrongly listed in my research gate publication

Respected Sir/Madam

I am [edited] recently completed my PhD from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. As a continuation of my PhD topic, with the guidance from my mentors, I have published an internal technical report in research gate. The link of the same is as given below.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/361115402_A_note_on_the_examination_of_the_possibility_to_interpolate_the_covariance_uncertainty_matrix_in_nuclear_data_science

One of the co-authors in this report is Santhi Sheela Yerraguntla. She has accepted her co-authorship. But there is an unknown co-author mentioned in the report profile as 'Yerraguntla'.

May I kindly request you to help me delete the co-authorship named 'Yerraguntla'. I would be grateful to you in this regard.

Thanking you

Sincerely

[edited]

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to delete one of the coauthorship named 'Yerraguntla' listed in my technical report published recently this June, 2022.

ResearchGate Metrics fraud on researchgate

Dear Sirs:
ResearchGate (RG) provides common metrics for its many published articles. These metrics include Reads, Recommendations, Citations, Comments, Research Interest (RI) for papers, Total Research Interest (TRI) for authors, RG Score, etc.
There is obviously a deliberate ongoing effort to provide inflated and fraudulent metrics on RG. A network of fraudsters provides fake Reads and Recommendations, probably for money.
Perhaps the best example is a non-refereed arcane quantum physics preprint written by Andrea Rossi: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long-range_particle_interactions. This truly bizarre and nonsensical preprint has somehow accumulated over 66, 000 Reads and over 700 Recommendations while never being cited by anyone in 2.5 years.
Rossi is a self-confessed "cold fusion" fraudster who now claims to have invented devices that run on "zero-point energy" (ZPE). Almost all physicists consider such devices to be physically impossible.
I have apprised RG of this obvious metrics fraud and they have done nothing to stop it. Rossi uses the fake RG metrics to provide credibility for his "Energy Catalyzer" ("E-Cat") fraud scheme. His current "product" is a lamp that purportedly runs on ZPE: https://ecat.com/.
RG has aided and abetted Rossi's E-Cat fraud scheme by allowing him to extensively revise his preprint in DEC 2020 even though the original preprint had a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number issued in JAN 2019. RG issued a new DOI (old DOI +1) and allowed Rossi to retain all the old phony "Reads" and "Recommendations" metrics. This is a direct violation of RG's own policies regarding preprints and DOI issuance.

Rossi is a 71-year-old ex-convict who has no engineering or science degree whatsoever. He is totally unqualified to post such a paper on RG, and he lied about his academic qualifications to obtain his RG membership. His RG profile states that he is a "Doctor" ("Dr") but he has no doctoral degree. I have repeatedly informed RG of Rossi's academic credential fraud and they have done nothing about it.

Thank you for your consideration and assistance.

I can provide more detailed information on Rossi and RG upon request.

Desired outcome: Investigation of metrics fraud on RG; Corrective action to prevent metrics fraud on RG

The Italian mafia framed Rossi, to successfully gain control of his plastics and oil recycling business. They opened a valve on a storage tank that allowed its contents to be released into a nearby river, which clean up cost many millions. That supposed pollution, in which he played no part, is what got him jailed. Rossi was later exonerated of any wrong doing when the judge who jailed him was replaced by a more independent minded judge. Cherry picking data to denigrate someone, shows who is the culprit this time.

You understand that my comment deals primarily with the grotesque metrics fraud associated with Rossi's "papers" on ResearchGate (RG), right? You can tell because the title says "ResearchGate - Metrics Fraud on ResearchGate." As for your priceless comment, Rossi has NO PH.D. and NO engineering or science degree whatsoever. He falsely claims to have a "Ph.D." in Philosophy on RG: www.researchgate.net/profile/Andrea-Rossi-56. THAT, my friend, is academic credential fraud and a direct violation of the RG Terms of Service.

As for your maudlin story, I relied on the following website for information on Rossi's extensive criminal background in Italy: news.newenergytimes.net/2012/03/10/rossis-financial-and-environmental-criminal-history. That information has been posted on the web for at least 10 years. If you or Rossi have a problem with it or believe your fantasy to be a more accurate representation of the facts, then you are surely welcome to take it up with them.

ResearchGate criminal enterprise stealing copyrights from the scientists

Since the current CEO of RG (the Muslim Mastrich, a virologist, not a physician) received 52 million cash from Bill Gates, he commenced to any type of bold and criminal acts against the subscribers.

In current vicious feud with another research social media portal (academia.edu), Researchgate suspends the accounts of prominent scientists who have trusted that site their publications, and keeps their intellectual property to sell it later for cheaper prices than those the scientific journals offers for non-free-for-access (NOFA) articles. This is a criminal enterprise.

I suggest all concerned scientists remove their full-texts of books and articles from Rseearchgate.net and drop out until it is not late.

Researchgate is currently engaged in copyright infringment crimes. We have reported this crime to the appropriate agencies. This criminal enterprise should be vanished. Bill Gates must know whom he sponsors, and if he knows and it is okay with RG's crimes, then it makes him a criminal.

www.Researchgate is currently engaged in copyright infringement crimes. It blocks the profiles, suspends the profiles of scientists who have over 100 publications shared in RG, and still keeps their works for its financial gain (without the scientists's knowledge). We have reported this crime to the appropriate agencies. This criminal enterprise (RG) should be vanished as not it got to the wrong direction. Bill Gates must know whom he has sponsored, and if he knows all and is silent like a cricket, then it makes him a criminal too.
