3 kagoo mobile phones
Last year 2016, its about 4 month now i ordered 2 bundles offers which included 3 kagoo
mobiles number [protected],
email . [protected]@gmail.Com
later i found out that the mobiles are not working properly and i returned it for replacement.
From that time till now they have never been replaced .
They sent me coupon code for one bundle yet they were 2 bandies. When i tried to use the coupon they told me that it is not valid.
I called awok and informed them about the incident but no body took action. I sent email to [protected]@awok.Com but till now no replay its 3 days now.
I need action about this incident. Either give me my money or replace it with some thing else.
Currently i have 3 orders pending in a wok which is not sent to me. Call me on [protected]
i am acustomer of awok but the way they treat me is not good at all neither is it professional.
Please do the needful as soon as possible
All three mobiles not working

Two weeks ago I purchased three kagoo mobile under this mobile number.[protected] all off them with tecquinical problems.
I called the customer service as much as I can but only fake promises that they are going to pick up products.
Yesterday the driver called me that he is coming to pick them and later he said that awok has not sent him the confirmation about the pick up.
Iam disapointed with awok*
It should not have taken me two weeks waiting drive calling me for pick up and just waiting for the awok to confirm the pick up yet i call the everday.
i am not satisfied with the service and i may not shop with awok again though it has been my favorite all along
