I have placed order on kaunsa.com on 13th oct 2013, with order no.KA/111126/N1MBGL8U and paid rs.9999/- through hdfc debit card. i have day to day contact kaunsa.com, for delivery of product. they everyday commit me, they will deliver my mobile next day. but, still date they did send my mobile. Sir i request you, please take strong action on this site and owner of this site and representative of site.

kaunsa.com delivery of item

I have bought a item on 29aug2013. That time they have assured to delivery it by 13sep2013 (after 15 days). I have not told anything at that time but after not getting the item i I have called them on 16sep2013 they told it will deliver within 1 day. But today (18Sep2013) they told that it will again take another 4-5 days to deliver the product. I cannot rely on them.So please help me and look about my
order.
I am sending u the detailed order proof.

I donot think you people have any team who works at all...
No body had called me since 18sep2013 and till today (23aug2013) I donot receive my product .
Its nearly going to be 1 month i have paid u the money for the product.
Dear complaint board, please help me to fight with this fraud site.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have ordered a Laptop through www.kaunsa.com on Sep 22 2017. I got a confirmation mail

stating that the order is placed and confirmed for shipping on Oct 8 2017. But till Oct 8

I haven't received any update. There is no response from customer care. Everytime phone

just rings.
