lightbulbsusa.net I can't get refund from these scammers

I ordered from the website www.lightbulbsusa.net. I got the wrong order and returned it, but after that I asked to provide refund. I have waited for refund already 2 months, but these ### didn’t return my money back. I’m sick of this stupid situation and want money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

lightbulbsusa.net Rude staff

I ordered more than 100 bulbs from the website www.lightbulbsusa.net, but the seller provided only half of this order. When I filled the complaint on the website, I indicated that wanted to get the refund. No one replied to my complaint and I called the customer services. The agent was rude and refused to return money, when I asked to speak with manager; she told me to wait and vanished. I waited 30 minutes and no one spoke to me again. The horrible services. Please leave comments about your experience with this seller.

Dispute the bill with your credit card company. You DID use a credit card and not a debit card, right?
