logoyes.com Fraudulent charge

I think I used the company for a logo I didn't even use 2 years ago. I happened to be looking at my bank statement today and saw a charge for $9.95. I had no idea what it was about since I haven't used the service in so long. I'm trying to get someone on the phone, but they have very long hold times. I never authorized this payment. I remember I bought a crappy logo for $0.99 and now they've gotten over $200 from me. Complete schysters!

logoyes.com Charged for fault price and didn't inform about it

I needed to create my own logo and the website www.logoyes.com offered good prices and fast result. So I provided them my personal info and card number, but these thieves charged me for completely different price and didn’t inform about it. When I wanted to complain, they refused to listen and hung up on me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Same story here... almost 2 years after I dealt with them, they started billing me $13+ a month each month and increases every month. Currently filing a report with my credit card company

Logoyes, these are bad people and evil with bad karma coming their way. The scam is to sell a cheap logo drawing for a one-time .$99 fee and then wait a year and begin charging that credit card number $9.95 every two weeks until someone notices. You'll then have to dispute the charges with your credit card company and ultimately have to either change the card number or close the account to stop the billings. Why can't the police simply arrest these crooks? I've gone through quite a lot of hassle now to actually file a criminal complaint on them with the federal government and now will try to do something similar with the local Jacksonville police and Florida state police, though I'm doubtful they will want to do anything but offer excuses why its not their responsibility to deal with this type of fraud... so it will likely continue and they will continue to profit from this kind of fraud. It is such a hassle to contact authorities to try and get some action but if people don't bother to inconvenience themselves by complaining to law enforcement agencies then these type of scammers will continue and actually flourish on the internet. If you are reading this then its because you've been scam and just now realized it, so do something about it and at least try to get a hold of law enforcement to put a stop to this fraud.

There was a charge on my bank account from LogoYes .com for $9.95. This is the company I bought my logo from, and already paid for the logo. When I called LogoYes .com to have this unauthorized charge made to my account removed, I asked the CSR for the company to cancel this charge and any further charges since I cannot even access the website anymore. She got condescending to me, and said, “I know it’s early in the morning Ms. H***, but I need to tell you what you are paying for.” I told here since I cannot even access the website, I am paying for nothing, so please cancel my account. She got all pissy and started to continue telling me about the product I am supposedly paying for. When asked for a manager, there wasn’t one available. She said she was going to cancel this charge, and when I confirmed if all future charges would be canceled as well, I received an “UH-HU” back from her. Looks like I’ll have to cancel this card and get a new one to prevent them from charging my account again. UGH!

I have the same experience they are charging me every month 4 times 9.95 Euros! really a bunch of thieves, stay away of www.logoyes.com they are obviously skimming anyone who deals with them

After more than 5 years they are still cheating people! Why is this happening? the US authorities are doing nothing?
Or they are not even in US? Can t believe that. They stolen from me every month more than 20 dollars. OMG I had to deleted my card!

I requested an evaluation with logoyes.com company and even sent them comps of the logo I desired, with highly detailed instructions. What I got back was my exact comp in a different colour. This company isn't even trying to make a quality logo in my opinion.

They already stole $169 from my account. I already filed a claim with my bank, got a new debit card and reported it to every single consumer bureau I can reach. A Class action suit should be filed against these scammers. Their address is 12808 Gran Bay Parkway, West, Jacksonville, FL 32258 and they are part of web.com (Coincidentally I live in Jacksonville and my work place is close to their building, I'm thinking to make them pay those 170 bucks in a different way!).

Hi.. i encountered the same problem.. they charged USD 9.95 today after a year. I called the credit card centre and request to cancel the my credit card. Beware of logoyes..
