no delivery of manual/download
Ordered a user manual for a Sony cyber-shot camera. Paid for it through Pay-Pal and the mony was paid, was told to wait 24 hours for instructions for dowload, never received the e-mail for down load. Unable to get to their web-site for instructions to down load. Contact me Michaelle Bordis by phone [protected] or e-mail at [protected]@yahoo.com for refund or information to down loan user manual.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Non-Delivery of Manual
Just placed an order with these folks today. Paid $15.00 via PayPal for a download of a manual for an old Toshiba turntable. Got an email immediately stating that a further email would be on the way "soon" with a link to a download of the manual. Guess what-no email was sent and no response to my emails. Finally sent an email demanding the link immediately or I would file a complaint with PayPal. Almost immediately got an email stating that I had a full refund from PayPal. I'm going to pursue a complaint anyway, if PayPal will let me. (Not sure if I have standing now that they have refunded me.) I wish that I had found this site before I made payment to these scam artists!

Non-delivery of product
This company was referenced in a user forum on the Internet as a source TV repair manuals. I went to their website, and paid for the manual using my PayPal account. The manual was to be delivered via download. After I paid I expected to either be sent to a website to make the download or check my email for instructions. I waited a for most of the day and...
