sales people promise and fail to come through
On June 10th my husband and I went to Midway and got a truck at the time of sale the sales person Lemar told us that he would get us an extra key to the truck we were getting. Due to the late hour the parts department was closed. My husband went back on Tuesday 6/12/17 to get the key and sign the final papers. Before he went back he noticed that the tail light was out. So when he went to talk to the Lemar he ended up talking to his boss. Well, his boss promised to fix the tail light and get us our key. Again the parts department was closed so they could not get our key. Told him to come back the next day. WE both went in on 6/14/17 to get this taken care of. As we are their and the parts department is in the middle of making our key we are told that they can not give us the key but can sell it to us. That is 600 dollar. We are giving them 3118 and don't see why we should have to pay for something that was promised to us. Neither one of them offered to eat the cost and keep to their word. I wish there I was more I could do to get these to people to understand to keep their months shut if they can't keep to their promises.
Lies from Sales
We bought a 2011 Camaro from Midway Chevrolet on Bell Road (Phoenix, Arizona). We put $12, 000. Cash down thinking with money in hand it would make it a better experience and help with the total price. I was lied to, lied to again and then to top it off they called saying they were going to fix everything and guess what “I was lied to again”.
To top off the horrid experience both my wife and I took days off work to get this done.
My sales “professional” was Jay Lawrence and his “Boss” Cory Pace~ they have made this the worst experience of my life. I will never go back to Midway Chevrolet! I will go out of my way to make sure my friends and family never go back to Midway Chevrolet and until I feel the deal is made right I will campaign to make sure everyone in Arizona knows, not to use Midway Chevrolet.
On 5/31/11 me and my wife went down to look at new Camaro’s. We finally settled on a base unit and our only stipulation was we wanted rims and tires. We were told from both Jay & Cory to come back the following day and we could get our rims and tires mounted. I was told by Jay that if we picked something that was out of stock or specialized they would have to be ordered (very understandable). We both took off the following day. Waited around for about 30 minutes and my wife was finally told by someone we did not know that we would have to come back the following week. I was very upset about being lied to and felt that I should be on my guard that if they lied once, maybe everything was built on lies. Well they needed use to come down that Saturday and re-work the finances, which we did and came up with the remander to equal the $12, 000 cash down payment. The following week Jay Lawrence called and said that everything was finalized and we could come down and pick out our rims and tires the following day. I called and left Jay a Voice mail that because of work I would not be able to make it down and if he could call me back we could work something out with everyone’s schedule (no return call from Jay)…………. So while waiting on return phone calls a guy name “Dan” calls 6/21/11 from Parts and accessories saying that our file was on his desk and we were set to get rims and tires. After talking with Dan, I could see no ones’ stories were the same and I was told to waiting for Jay to call back and he would work it out……… now today 6/22/11 my wife speaks with Jay and he is saying we have to pay for the rims and tires…………….. why the hell did I put $12, 000 down and now they are trying to get more cash out of me? My file has a form that’s says RIMS and Tires were to be added. Manager from Parts and Accessories called asking when I was coming down to get the tire and rims? I am so sick of no return phone calls, lies and changing stories.

Until I figure out how to delete this posting let me say Mr. Tucker @ Midway was a champ and everything is being resolved. VERY HAPPY! VERY HAPPY! Time to drive the new car...

I LOVE MIDWAY CHEVY I have bought many of vehicles from them and Yes I worked with Corey Pace and Mr Tucker they treated me wounderful. Sometimes People need to look at themselves Im sure you were the 1 being a ###
