Morning Walker Defective Product

I have made a payment of Rs.2985 by E. Banking on 28.07.10 for purchase of morning walker. The payment of Rs.2985/- was cleared from my ICICI account vide Bill/[protected]/Morning Walker/[protected] . I have received morning walker through courier on 04.08.10 but there was no bill, no trader name and on warranty card trader name and address was not mention. The said product has been out of order after one week. On 16.08.10 I inform to india times shopping by mail that product is not working and it is dead it is under warranty how it will replace they inform me that TNT courier will picked up the product when i approach to TNT courier they told me that contact after two or three days. such type of activity of both the party is very shameful and it appears that i have cheated by the party. When i enquire about the price of the product it has come to my notice that this product is very cheap and motor fitted in the product is very poor quality and plastic body of the product is very low quality. Besides that in open market seller are providing one year warranty on same product whenever seller Ind Mart is providing only 3 month warranty. Please register my complain take corecive legal action against seller.

Morning Walker No reply, no delivery, no refund,website not available, mobile always switched off

I ordered for a Morningwalker 0n 4th Feb 2007 through mobile phone and remitted Rs.5450.oo through ICICI bank Ernakulam. There is no response after that. I tried to contact them through their Mob No [protected] several times bu it always switched off.
