Unauthorized charge
2/4/22 I was charge 3.99 I never signed up for this service. The money was taken out my personal bank account. I notice the charge when I was reviewing my monthly statement that came this weekend in the mail. I called the number on my bank statement for Mvq savings zoo got no answer. I would like the $3.99 refunded. Thank you
Desired outcome: I want a full refund please. I also would like to know how they enquire my information without my consent.
Unauthorized charges to my credit card
On January 12th, my CapitalOne credit card was charged for $23.87. I did not authorize this charge and have never heard of MVQ SavingsZoo.com. Please reverse the charge, give me back my money and STOP them from charging my CapitalOne account. Thanks in advance for your help in correcting this bogus charge.

I was trying to contact my health insurance company Cigna health springs when I was Re Routed to this company and told it was part of Cigna health springs and as a value customer i was being rewarded and $100.00 gift card within 7 business days. I was lucky I did not give my bank card but this company is trying to charge my Cash app card $3.99 this happened...

I want to cancel this unauthorized order and I want a refund for my $. There is no way for me to cancel over phone. Email don't go through either. On June 12th I was charged 399 from this company on my card. I received a letter in the mail saying I had a 15 day trial membership. At the end of the 15 days my account would be charged $23.87 a month. I could call or email my cancellation. I emailed it immediately. I have no idea where, why, or how I got this letter, or why it charged account twice. I have emailed, I verbally spoke with someone and here it is today...

I had previously had asked to be canceled from your services. If you haven't seen this, Please cancel my membership at this time. I am no longer interested in your services. I would like to have my money put back in my account. I have not used any of your services and have no idea of what you are all about. I couldn't care less about who your company is or what you do for me.

Member ID P9424850781 I recently notice a charge on my bank account from your company. I did not authorize this purchase. The first time I heard anything about it was when I saw the charges in my bank account. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. I do not know how they got my card number and I don't know how they got the money when my card was locked! I cannot get a hold of a single solitary person to cancel this stupid membership they got me on and refund my money back to my card as soon as possible and I will be changing my card number. Do this again and I will sue you.
I would like my money refunded and it's more then 3.99 you 've taken 20 +
