According to our logs you have received ingame items in exchange for real currency. This is a EULA violation, and as such the items have been removed. Further violations of this kind may result in a ban being placed upon your account.
Now this begs the question, how did this occur? How does Eve know whether I spent real money or not; unless they were told.

This is the same company. I posted a complaint before if you type in ga-sale. Still 6 weeks later not resolved. Banned account, no refund, they don't speak english and the phone is disconnected. Avoid at all costs, they are fraud! mygamesale.com accountbar.com ga-sale.com accountol.com List goes on, all the same brand.
