No refund
I had made an application for my daughter who I believe was five months at the time, my husband who is in Yemen is not yet a citizen.. YET, but the national passport center informed me to provide proof of my husband being over seas which I did, I had sent in his passport from yemen and also a notary stating the reasoning for my husband absence... Yet they denied it and wanted the original documents from my husband allowing me to get my daughter's passport. I COULD NOT DUE TO THE FACT THE WAR HAD BROKE OUT IN YEMEN. When applying for my daughter's passport there was no war yet so I had no way of knowing that this type of outcome was going to happen. I had called many times to the passport agency and always notified them about my case and my situation, I was trying to get my daughters passport so I could travel to yemen... but as you can tell I could not. Even when I had spoken with people from the agency they had given me worthless emails that did not help nor provide me with any information whatsoever! the only thing the email had given me was the phone number to call the SAME agency, so I was basically going in circles. I had waited until I had received the original documents which took a few months because they had to REBUILD what was bombed at the airport in Yemen, I still had to wait a couple weeks due to the fact people were piling up in the airplanes to get OUT of Yemen. Now I have received the documents and I had sent them in the SAME day! now I have received a letter stating that they are not original and that my daughters passport has been denied... Why? I notified the agency what was going on, and I had told them the circumstances I even went as far as telling them there was no such thing as DHL or even UPS in Yemen for me to get them. They had informed me that they UNDERSTOOD and knew there was a WAR happening, yet this is the response I get from, U.S Department of State National Passport Center 44132 Mercure Cir PO Box 1108 Sterling, VA [protected] What I would like is either a REFUND or my daughter's passport, because either way I was DUPED! I had given them every paperwork every documentation they needed and wanted from me and yet they deny me. not only is this rude and shows poor sportsmanship but it also shows poor work skills inside the building itself, I WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE. They did not even provide me with information that would have helped me, the special family circumstance application. I believe from racial profiling!
Passport not here
I have filled my application out on April 8, 2014 to receive my passport and i also paid to get it expedited for a trip i paid and I'm suppose to leave May20, 2014 and i haven't heard from anybody regarding my passport. I been calling the NPIC everyday for the past 2 weeks to see what's the problem with my passport and no one has helped me in that regards yet and I'm approaching my trip in less then 5 days. Its a trip that's non refundable to the Dominican Republic and its not right that no one will call or email me letting me know what's the issue of me not receiving my passport yet
These ###s have failed to return my US Passport after submitting it to them as proof of citizenship in order to get a US Passport ID card. Typical government agency or 'quango' pathetic.

Sir I am Sk Selim Ali have submitted my passport application on 24/08/2017 and my file no CA2060507952917 .Police verification has been completed on 06/09/2017 but i have not yet received my passport .I required my passport on argent basis to umrah hozz . Please arrange my passport at the earliest.
