charge w/o sending product after cancellation
I ordered a sample online, tried it, did not care for the product and tried making several calls to cancel but could not get through. I could not find an email address for them so I couldn't email them. I finally got through to cancel and got the RMA number. Today I got my CC bill in the mail. They offer 'free sample' with understanding that if you don't cancel, then they'll start sending you more product, monthly, at a cost of $74.95 per shipment. I wrote to them the day after receiving the package to cancel any further shipments/billings, and asking for instructions on how to return the unopened product. No reply. A few days later I wrote to them again: no reply. Again a couple of days later: still no reply, and then a fourth time-- same deal. I called the phone # on the website (actually, it's not even the Nuvie site: when you click on their site, it redirects you to something called Puressance): the guy who answered the phone told me that they do not sell Nuvie, and that they had no record of an order from me. And then today, 2 weeks after my initial order (and of course after the 4 emails in the meantime trying to cancel and return), a charge appears on my credit card for $89.15, from Nuvie. I have complied with their terms for cancellation, but they have ignored my repeated communications and made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. This is fraudulent business practice, it seems to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Did not want anymore after the sample.I had a reaction to the anti aging lotion.Face broke in red sores.If the product.is already on its way I will return it.I want 81.95 put back into my banking account. Thank you.
I have never ordered anything from this company. Unfortunately, I keep getting boxes of product that I don't want . I have tried to contact the company to have my name removed from their system to no avail. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, which I had not given them my credit card number!

I wish to suspend my shipment from Nuvie Skin Care. Do not send further shipments. As of October 15, 2014 I will be returning the unopened box containing the skin lotion. I will expect to have the amount of money you charged my account illegally to be returned. Karen Hayes
I too want to cancel without luck, credit card still gets charged.
I also have had the same experience. No contact whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my bank who is trying to contact them.
