Orange Luxembourg Financial fraud

Do not ever get a orange connection. You will regret it for life. I got a new connection from orange luxembourg and submitted my credit card to them for deducting my monthly bill. And the next minute there are unsanctioned transactions on my card and from then on continuous transactions every month. I kept complaining to them with all the transaction details but all I got was "we are looking into it". The transactions are clearly shown as 'orange recurring bertrange lu' but somehow they run a company where they cannot track the charges they make to customer cards. After months of pestering and repeated charges later, I had no option but to block the credit card and get a new one with the disputed charges still being investigated. So much hassle because they don't know to run their company.
