Overwatches.com Some replicas can be nice, but these are far from it

Paid $90 for a watch that is not even worth $10. It turned up looking very different from the picture on the site and what's more, the hands had fallen off inside the watch.

Avoid at all costs. Some replicas can be nice, but these are far from it.

Please note, they are now trading under www.nonewatches.com.

Overwatches.com Incorrect, damaged, faulty watches received

I have been in constant communication with them even today 1 June 2012 (nearly two years), when they sent out 3 watches that on arrival either had faults, didn't work, or the wrong one I asked for.

Intally (17 July 2010), Tom started communication and asked for pictures and video's, which I sent then... that's when their communication stopped (end of 2010), is there anything anyone can do?

I've today been to their website and now it shows "Pursuant to a Judgment and Injunction of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Tennessee, the owners of the website previously appearing at this web address were held to have been selling replica Chanel products..."

Can anyone direct me to the way forward to either getting my money back or an exchange? Surly this is international fraud, there must be something I can do, or is it simply take the loss on the chin?

I will never suggest anyone to trade with them EVER - very disappointed!

Overwatches.com Overwatches.com is running a &bait & switch& operation and is guilty of fraud

On 12/5/09 I ordered four replica watches from photographs displayed on Overwatches.com website. I received four incorrect watches. Overwatches.com will not take back the watches they sent to me. Therefore, they will not allow me to exchange the incorrect watches or provide me with a refund. Amazingly, they have a "Return/Exchange" and "Refund" policy written on their website, but it is obviously worthless! Overwatches.com is running a "bait & switch" operation and is guilty of fraud.

Overwatches.com Received incorrect watches

Each one of the four watches I received from Overwatches.com is not what I ordered from their website. They substituted incorrect watches.
I wish to return the four incorrect watches for other models or for a refund of the $268.00 I paid for those watches.
I provided "Tom" at Overwatches with a photograph of each incorrect watch I received, but he has refused to cooperate and accept the return of the watches, even though Overwatches.com has an established "Return/Exchange" and "Refund" policy printed on their website.

I have just recieved a replica watch from overwatches.com who seem to have changed their website name to nonewatches.com (overwatches gets redirected to the new site).

The watch arrived and was very different to the picture. It is blatently of poor quality and what's more, the hands had fallen off inside the watch.

I will be complaining, but to be honest, it is doubtful that a reasonable outcome will be reached.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have dealt with this guys a while back and more or less learned how they operate.

I found at least 3 websites (watchesview.com, watchvisa.com and overwatches.com) that appear to be operated by the same people as they show the same pictures, item numbers or codes, policies and the same prices although some prices may vary by a couple of dollars here and there from site to site.
I would not be surprised if there are more websites operated by the same company.

Most of the time you will receive good quality replicas, others, you will get slightly different, imperfect or of a lesser quality and now and then you will get a totally different watch style within the brand you ordered.
The watch movement is as stated on each style whether automatic or quartz. Actually I find that there are more automatic watches than quartz.

These guys do not update their website frequently if at all and, in many instances you will find the same style watch with different item number, if a style is no longer available they will send you a watch that may look like the one you ordered. (They may even send you a different style purposely so they can sell you another one for the price of the shipment plus a few dollars but, I will leave this to your own judgment).
The incompetence of these people starts in the upkeep of their websites and end up in the shipping department leaving all the problems to customer service.

I now for a fact that Tom works for at least 2 of the websites mentioned above.

When you write a complaint to them, they will first ask for photographs of the item(s) in question.
You must be detailed and accurate describing the faults or differences in the item(s) you received to prevent them from giving you the run around.
They have an unwritten rule, to do anything possible not to get the incorrect or defective watches returned to them and that is when the negotiation starts.

They will offer a replacement and ask you to pay the shipment only or they may offer you a discount on your next order.
Be firm when negotiating with them, since you have received a wrong item, it is most likely that they are out of the style you have originally ordered. Your best bet is to choose a different watch within the range of the first one and even if your second choice is slightly more expensive they will waive the difference in price (within reasonable margin).

If no agreement can be reached, you may threaten to contact you credit card company to reverse the charges.
They will work with you to solve the problem.
There is not much your credit card company will do to help you as goods were received in exchange for the charge besides, these guys use business centers located in Russia and other Asian countries to collect the charges from your credit card making it more difficult to track them down. Do not be surprised if you find "currency exchange" charges shown on your credit card statement in addition to the charges for the items ordered.

In my experience, there has been some frustrations negotiating with this people, ended up with more watches that I originally intended but at the end I enjoy wearing the replicas I acquired.

I believe there is a calculated risk in dealing with these guys, you normally get what you pay for...

I purchased a "Daytona" that had some damage. Upon telling Tom he promptly replaced my watch for free. I have made two orders from here and they delever fast and I have received what I ordered. I am pleased with these watches and they are in fact automatic movements. None of my watches were quartz when they were supposed to me auto. The price reflects the quality of these watches, you can't find an auto watch in stainless for less.

The Overwatches people are basically fraudulent. They advertise their Omega, Cartier and Rolex watches as having ETA movements. In fact, they have quartz movements only. They are also incompetent, in that the specifications they have given to their Chinese manufacturers are not correct - either that or the manufacturers have taken e.g. diameters to include the crowns, so that each watch is also slighly undersized. Thus they are not even accurate replicas. Finally, Tom does indeed ask for photographs of merchandise 'mistaken;y' shipped, but this is a delaying action. What he will then do is offer a discount on the next order. I basically would advise everyone not to deal with these people. It's a Russian website operation, selling Chinese watches, but 'Tom' appears to be Chinese.
