Returned check that was paid
I have an issue with a check that was listed as unpaid on my credit report from Feb 11, 2018. This occurred at the Plymouth Piggly Wiggle store in Wisconsin. It came from The Stark Collection Age. I have paid this amount. It needs to be removed from my credit. I am trying to sell my home and am unable to because of your neglect to remove this from my credit report.

I have experienced substandard service and an attitude of incompetence from the deli workers at Piggly Wiggly in Slinger, Wisconsin over the last several months.
I ordered sliced roast beef which I found to be spoiled when I returned home and upon taking it back observed the young heavyset white male working the deli to have an attitude when I asked him not to slice more beef from the same small piece that the first order came from. This is just the beginning of the attitude that prevails in their deli.
Several times I have patronized the store to purchase fried chicken and they have no chicken ready to go. This is at 600Pm in the evening and there is no excuse for it. Each time this happens I am told that they could put some in but it would take 20 minutes to cook. When I complained the same white male had a non caring attitude and offered some lame corporate type excuse.
On 3-2-22 I went to the store to purchase chicken and there was none. There was one girl working the deli and this was at 600pm at night. She said that She could put some chicken on and it would take 20 minutes or more. I asked to speak to the manager asap. She called for the manager and I stood waiting for 15 minutes and asked her if she had called the manager which she stated that she did and that she could call him again. I told her not to bother and observed a card holder with the managers cards. The card identified the deli manager as Terry Sternig. I don't know if that's the current manager but in any event the manager is obviously inept and the attitude of the deli staff shows from the top down. I also noticed that after I had waited 15 minutes to speak with the manager, The same young lady then started breading some chicken to put in the cooker. This is blatantly incompetent.
I drove over to the Piggly Wiggly in Jackson and they had fried chicken. This is an ongoing problem and I would suggest to the people who are at the top of the food chain at Piggly Wiggly to open your eyes and start solving problems. I have noticed that the quality of service at the Slinger store has been going downhill for a while.
Desired outcome: A formal apology and some type of action taken about the deli staff and their indifferent attitude.
Bad service
Every time I go into this store, which isn't often, I find freezer burnt chicken that has been frozen, then thawed and on the shelves at a reduced price. The hamburger meat on sale is brown in color and looks very old. I just this morning complained to the manager and told him I would not feed that meat to my dog much less buy it for human consumption!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
