timeshare exit
I signed up with this company back in 2016 and they did nothing but charge me every month for a service that does completely nothing. I talked to the resort today at Liki Tiki and they said my account was just put into Default, and they reported the rest of the loan to my credit file. So everything they said they would help with they did the complete opposite. Dont waste your time or money with these fools.

Beware this company is a scam, defrauding Timeshare consumers thousands of dollars their drug habits. Here we have Mr. Saudi Refugee Rahaman Kargar and his fly-by-night company PineTreeConsultants.com out of Portland, ME claiming to cancel your Timeshares. This guy has no idea what he's doing, he stole paperwork and still can't even do it right. This group are thieves who have no remorse for human life. He worked for www.TimeshareReleaseNow.com back in 2015 where he got the idea to steal and start his own Timeshare cancellation company using TimeshareReleaseNow.com paperwork/contractual agreements/leads another mans success for his own personal development while lives at home with his parents. If you have been contacted by this group asking for money upfront, RUN! They are asking for a couple hundred dollars upfront and then slowly rip you off while you think they are canceling your Timeshare. They will RUIN YOUR CREDIT and financial future, if you let them. I signed up with this company back in Jan 2016 and to this date I'm still an owner and my credit has taken a significant decrease after signing up with this company. It all sounded good until we started receiving these threatening collection letters and every time we would contact Pine Tree they would give us the same response, "Your paperwork is in the mail, contact us when you receive a response from the resort" or the other one is "The attorney is in a meeting right now and will need to speak with you to go over this" of course never get a call back. After 1 year of them being paid and we received not a damn thing we started to do research into this organization to unveil bunch of scam artists who own the company. I was also reading how the owners of Pine Tree use to work for another Timeshare Exit company called Timeshare Release Now and they supposedly stole the company from past employment to start Pine Tree Consultants up ripping people off. They will charge you monthly fees so that you go past the 6 month and you can no longer dispute the charges basically locking you into their program. They offer this fantasy 100% money back guarantee but I can guarantee 100% they have never given a penny back to anyone, its just their way to get you to feel comfortable signing up. I was the lab rat who signed up with this company and was taken for almost $2, 000 (7 months of $275= $1, 925 LOST) I'm talking to my family attorney to see if there is any recourse at getting our money back because I know they won't give us a penny back. If you go to their BBB page the owner shows "DENNIS LAING" when I google searched him this is who I found, drug charges, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking. There is information about another lawsuit against this individual Timeshare Hot Deal sued Dennis Laing for almost $250K back in 2012 for stealing their company, leads and trade secrets. So there is clearly a criminal pattern here of theft, people like this need to be reprimanded and taken out.

I signed up with this fly by night company in 2016 to cancel my Grandview LV and to this date we are still locked into the Timeshare and only thing has happened is our credit got nailed 100 pts after they told us they would be protecting our credits. Just another lie to get us to sign up, now Im under 500 FICO and then I dont know how this will turn out in the end when the resort comes back after me for all of the money Pine Tree told us to stop paying. This company dug us a 10ft hole and pushed us in it. I wouldn't touch these people with a 10ft pole if I was you. Im already seeking legal recourse with my family attorney and we have notified Grandview now Diamond about this group and its owners. They will be done in no time messing with the wrong people.
I heard another company MTG Consultants works as sister company to Pine Tree Consultants. If you get calls from these groups, BEWARE! They are out to steal your money and not help you. Learn from my mistakes, we lost over $2, 500 working with Pine Tree and these guys are the same company. My attorney looked into these groups and found nothing but BAD NEWS, that the owners of Pine Tree worked for a Timeshare Cancellation company back in 2015 and stole the paperwork to operate Pine Tree Consultants right down the Street from his previous employment., [censor] if you ask me! Common Knowledge you should of been taught "You don't bite the hand that feeds you" it will always come back to bite you in the end. I have my own business here in Portland, OR and if my employees did that to us, oh man they would be put to shame everyday and sued up the wazoo! We are going to contact this other company they tried to f*ck over, TimeshareReleaseNow.com they are located out of Portland, ME, lets see what they have to say about this.
The owner is a piece of scum and owns tons of property…this is their personal phone number and they are currently selling tons of property so if u need to sue [protected] that’s his number beware of rahaman kargar he’s a rip off artist and a rip off landlord…hope his phone number finds u some closure ..should be shut down
