play2shop.com not awarding gift cards

This site was okay until the end of April 2015:
1. Not awarding the prizes of gift cards.
2. No response at all to emails.
3. No notification of site problems or problems involving the distribution of prizes.
4. Funny changes in the regular tournaments (not VIP), tournments that were usually a week are now 25-30 days. Again no notice given on website regarding this.

My advice~Don't waste your money or time. They are avoiding answers for a really big reason.

play2shop.com Don't visit the website – only scammers and thieves sell things there

I won sandwich maker from the website www.play2shop.com. The seller contacted me and told to pay and he would send the order. After I paid with my Visa card, I got only confirmation from the bank. The seller turned out to be scam, because he didn’t provide order and any updates about purchase. I tried to reach him, but no reply. Total scam. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Hi Hompin, Play2Shop does not have sellers or accept payments for items. We are a free gaming site where you accumulate points to redeem for reward items. We only charge a $2 administration fee when redeeming an item for points which is payable via Paypal. We would be happy to answer any of your questions; you can e-mail us at support@play2shop.com
