PremiumFlorist.com Order paid and not delivered

Hello,

I ordered and also paid 103 USD for a delivery flower arrangement in Israel and it was not delivered.

I chose an hour interval for delivery and in that day I talked to them asking why the flowers wasn't delivered. They told me that I gave them the wrong adress and phone number, although I have already sentd them n alternative phone number. I sent them again the adress and phone number, and the day after that my order status was "delivered", although the recipient didn't receive anything from them.

I contacted them many times and they told me that the flowers were delivered.

I asked them to send me the proof of the delivery but they didn't sent anything.

I asked them to make a refund and their answer was "The refund will not proceed because we have contacted the recipient again, who assures that she received the arrangement", fact that is didn't happen.

PremiumFlorist.com No service received

PremiumFlorist.com were supposed to arrange flower delivery to my mother on her birthday. I paid $80 for their services online but no flowers were delivered to my mother. THis completely ruined my plans and I can say that my loses because of them are way over than $80. Never buy anything from this website.

I'm surprised by those bad reviews. I didn't google this company before i ordered. I don't know if its my good luck or something. My order was completed and delivered on time. My girlfriend really happy in Santo domingo for valentine days. The competitor prices are so high so i choose premiumfloristcom because of their lowest prices. I do not work for them and not saying other are lying!

I think, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!. I paid $250 to this company, I bought by internet yesterday, they took my money from my bank, however next day I received an email and a call saying that I have to confirm my orden. I said yes, I did it, then they asked me if my name was on the credit card, I said yes, then they asked my credit card number, otherwise they would not deliver my purchuse...I said it is fine, return my money because I will do not give my credit card #. They said that I have to wait 7 to 10 days to return the money. My questions are: 1) Why I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my money when they took it in less 24 hours? 2) Why they ask me my credit card number, this is no make sense for me. They have my money, I paid for that doesnot matter who pay or what credit card I used. I entered my credit card by internet and he amount was charged to my bank account. They do not need more information. When I asked where they have the office in Santiago of Chile, they did not give the address because it is not public information (?) no make sense again. I must give them my personal information including credit card, but they cannot give me their address. Now, really I do not know if they will give me my money back. otherthing, they leave a message, but not telephone number, when I returned the missed call, it was a pay call card. Unfortunately guys I did not see your comments. Thank you!

Super unreliable service. I ordered flowers for mothers day 2014 and the flowers were not delivered on time. I had to contact the company and they did not resolve my problem and were not helpful at all. They kept giving me excuses about lack of internal communication in their company which is not helpful and frankly not my problem. Their only job is to deliver flowers on time! Terrible service too when I used the live chat they have. The person en the live chat was not empathetic to my situation and did not offer any reasonable ways to help me. I asked for a reimbursement of my money and they said they don't do reimbursements but only re-deliveries. I think this is unacceptable. Terrible service. I will never use them again!

A friend of mine's baby died 2 days after she was born. I ordered a fruit basket for my friend and her husband to express my condolences, and it was not delivered. Premiumflorist.com emailed me half a day after the basket was supposed to be delivered to tell me that there had been a logistical problem and they would refund my money. Premiumflorist.com did not refund my money, and did not reply to my correspondence. I had to lodge a complaint through Pay Pal to get my $89 back. Do NOT use this company. The website is a scam.
