Not paying the claim
I was in a wreck on june, 8, 2016. I was hit in the driver rear. By a car doing about 50-60. It knocked my truck up in the air, turned the truck sideways. The hit caused my truck to die. I had trouble trying to restart it. It was like starting a standard shift truck without pushing in the clutch. I was hit so hard it pulled my set bolts out! I had to have neck surgery. I had to have 4-disc removed. The doctor said I was lucky to be walking not wheel chair rest of my life. I have been without my truck since oct. 29, 2016 when the trans. Finally quit! Both shop's said the damage was done by the wreck. But your hawk eye adj. Could look at a picture and say no it didn't. I bet he has never done any major work on car or truck drive train. I have you cannot tell if there was wear do to lack of trans fluid. But when the trans. Finely quit the trouble shaking quit! It's so sad I now have to hire a lawyer! I guess your company would 12 people to make way in on this wreck. Plus since all the crap I been going threw I had a small heart attack! Thank you very much.
Charging $50.00 for paying online
I recently purchased car Insurance online I paid $375.00 for six months and that is the rate they promised I would continue to pay.
I have to renew in May . they sent me an email stating they are charging me $50.00 dollars for paying online and the other $50.00 dollars was an explanation about there company premiums or some other rhetoric they made up .
I feel this is fraud and as a consumer I should be protected and not have to pay extra for paying online all the bills I pay online are free.
They want to raise My Insurance to benefit them and I do not earn allot and am Happy with what I pay now and I feel it is a fair amount of money what I am paying for car Insurance.
