Not provided exit gate security cabin
The builder had commited to build security cabin on both gates of the society "Raison Armor Homes", its first residnetial project
Alas...is not ready to construct the cabin on exit gate leaving a security hole...
Stll you want to go for its second project The Essentia, Bhiwadi (Delhi NCR)
i heard the builder is not even ready to provide Medical emergency room (a part of the package Pinnacle Housing had sold to individual flat owners)

Guys, do noy buy this builder's new project The Essentia, Bhiwadi The builder is a big time lier. he has not completed his first project even in 4 years. charged unrelaisti money to provide power connection he said he had to pay bribe to UPCL so he will recover it from flat buyers. BIG LIE forced to register flat with his own lawyer who charges rs 12...

These reports are totally ridiculous and has no bearing, Iam my self a owner at the complex, rather the builder is very helpful and he removes all the problems and always stands by his words. He has provided everything, he committed.
Moreover there is no resident named "Nikhi" in this complex.
I must say that "ITS A TROUBLE FREE EXPERIENCE TO BUY FLAT WITH RAISON BUILDERS"
