Montlhy interest
i invested money in realcor cape early 2010, for about 4 months i received montlhy interest, but since October 2011 untill now i have not received anything, i even cancelled my contract, but with regret they can't refund my mone. as i am a single lady with no income, this is a big problem and i have to survive, i need this money very urgent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Investment
I had also made an investment at Realcor Cape last year June, I was suppose to receive monthly the amount of R1743, interest for my investment of the amount of R150 000.00 more or less 14% interest rate. I had only receive 3 months interest from them, and end of October 2010 beginning November they send me an sms that they had a problem with the payments and we will receive it later in November, since then I do not receive my interest rate dew to the fact that they deal with Sharemax. After several complains and inquiries they send us some documentations and that they will let us know during February 2011, and we do not receive any feedback form them what so ever, I heard later that maybe during April, but April come and go and no feedback what so ever from any one, also not from Huis van Oranje through which the investment was made. They had send us a sms to attend a meeting in Pretoria on the 13th March, but unfortunately I do not have the funds to attend it, and I still do not know what is going on with my Investment. It seems to me they are corrupt and I thin they had committed fraud that is why we do not get any answers from them

on the advice of my broker I invested R400 000 at Realcor. The investment was supposed to be only for one year and I am already waiting since November 2010 for my money. I do not get any feedback on my investment and the broker tells me that every thing is fine, I will get all my money. What am I to do now.
Non performance on investment agreement
We have invested a large amount of our savings at the advice of a broker in the Realcor Cape Property development in Bloubergstrand on a contractual agreement of a fixed interest payment and the release of our caital after 12 months. Investment payments has ceased and we cannot get our investment paid back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Realcor's Directors, what have happend to them. I understand that Mr. Wimpy Nortje has left the company, nobody answers their cell phones. I havend received any interst on my investment since Oktober 2010, previously i have written to Mr. Wimpy Nortje that i would like to draw all my money out of Realcor, his words was always that i dont have to worry, how do these people sleep at night and they are driving the expensive cars. I have invested money with my Lawyers in 2007, D.F. INCORPORATED ATTORNEYS, BEVILLE, i have lost all that money two, 1 million rand, Shoneen Theunissen and DORE FERREIRA. Can anybody help please. I have invested all my pension money into Realcor Cape. I have tried many times asking them to pay out my investment before this ### has started. But Wimpy Nortje convinced me there's no trouble and i need not to worry. He is a lying ! They stay in manshions in Gordonsbay, driving expensive cars, what happend to all the money we investors trusted them with.
