Terrible
I do not recommend using Retouche service. These people don't know how to deal with their customers, they are terribly rude and ignorant! They took my money before they even did anything and when I received the result I was not satisfied with that. I contacted Retouche and asked them to redo everything but they asked for extra money. I refused and they said that in that case they will do nothing.
I will never use Retouche again!
Unprofessional and bad-quality photos
I had awful experience with the website www.retouche.com. I asked them to make photos restoration and paid them in advance. I waited a month, because these scammers only gave me empty promises. I received my order after a month, and it was horrible. The quality was terrible and it seemed that they did nothing. I argued with them, but they refused to return money. Better avoid them and share this info with other customers.
Worst customer service ever! I uploaded a picture of me and my daddy that just passed away, I wanted repaired for his obituary. It's the only picture I had of the two of us together ( I actually mentioned this in note to them) The response I received back was rude so I commented on that fact, only to get a even worst response. The person's name was Paul he was nasty and unapologetic Their bootleg website wouldn't let me delete my picture or information from the site. Don't waste your time or money with them especially if your a person of color they don't want our business!
This is outrageously poor business. Horrible, rude and very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I disagree, Paul has been patient while I have poured all kinds of demands on them again and again to do large batches of shots with 24 hour turnaround. He has been helpful, and efficient. Some people confuse efficiency with rudeness, but you have to realize that this is a company that processes diverse orders every day and does not have time for non-essential communication. Very high quality edits, for an incredibly affordable price. After giving retouche.com a hard time with my multiple orders, I disagree with this comment and support the quality of their business.
I have used other services, and I finally found retouch for some tough problems. It's important to know what retouch is, because they are very clear about their services and parameters of communication. First of all, they are incredibly affordable for a very high quality job. You just need to know how to express your needs in the "notes" section of the photo upload page. After they complete their edits, if you do not download the photo to see if it is exactly what you want before accepting the final draft, then they will not know what to correct before charging you. But for under $10 a photo, it is not worth worrying about a redo even if you mess that step up. I support retouche.com and would recommend them to anyone needing 24 hour turnaround for complex Photoshop editing for under $10 per photo (what! are you kidding), but its real. I had to do a detailed health food calendar and these guys saved my [censored] while making the food look appealing, organic and natural.
