Fradulent Charges/Unethical
On August 17, 2009 I placed an order for a free trial of RezVClear - agreeing to pay the $4.95 S&H - with the understanding that this was a FREE trial offer with a 100% guarantee; the product arrived in the mail on August 26, 2009. On August 28, 2009, I noticed a charge of $83.95 on my bank card. Immediately, I contacted the customer service department and was told that my card had been prematurely charged and a refund would be processed. In addition, I cancelled any "membership" or additional orders for RezV Clear.
On August 31, 2009, I faxed a letter demanding the refund of $83.95 be credited to my account, as the representative had instructed. On September 14, 2009, a call was placed once more to RezV Clear and I was told no refund would be processed because I was to cancel my "free trial offer" within 14 days of placing the order.
As anyone can surmise from the information and dates mentioned above, this company is conducting fraudulent and unethical business practices and should be shut down! If anyone has information on how to fight this, I would definitely be interested in joining the effort.

deciptive business practices
I thought I was ordering a free sample. Because I did not read the crazy terms & conditions I unknowlingly signed up for monthly delivery at a charge of $88 dollars per month. When I called to ask about this RezV Clear informed me I had signed up and they would cancel my subscribtion. It sounded to me as if this happens all the time and is automatic for them. I suspect they routinely bill customers twice or three times then cancel after they have robbed customers.
I plan on reporting this company to the States of Arizona's Attorney Geneneral's Office.

Unauthorized charges
Nothing on their signup website tells you they are subscribing you automatically, only that you pay shipping of $4.95. When nothing arrives, your credit card is charged $88, 15 days later it is charged $88 again. They have 2 phone #'s, both tell you your wait will be 10+ minutes, I waited 16 min. spoke to a "boiler room worker", demanded to speak w/supervisor, they left me on hold for up to 57 minutes.

No refund on full price taken out of checking account and can not take product
I received a charge on my checking account today and I called the costumer service phone number at [protected] and was on hold for about 20 minutes. Then the man that I spoke with stated to me, the reason the company charged my account $88.95 was for the free trail bottle because you have to cancel within the 14 days, then I would have not been charged...

called a month ago (jul) to stop order, , , charged my credit card again in aug. When I called them again the customer service girl was very rude and said there was no proof I had cancel my order...said my word against theres
This is a true comment. I just received a collection letter from Tiburon Financial, L.L.C. in an effort to collect a debt that is not owed. Like everyone else on this complaint board, I was billed for the same amount. I think that the Attorney General of the United Stated of America should investigate this company for fraudulent activity and theft via the Internet.

The same thing happened to me but I ordered both products which made $400 in charges to my credit card. By the time I saw it, I was furious and contacted the company. Got the same response you did.
I filed claims with the Better Business Bureau who is investigating it now. They told me to return the products with a letter requesting a credit to by card. Additionally, I called the credit card company to dispute the charges.
