Road Accident Fund Claim not paid after six months

On the 15th of May 2021 I lodged a claim with RAF pertaining the funeral cost that I incurred when burying my mother who passed on from the result of and accident. The accident happened on 28 of February 2020 and she later passed on in May 2021 whilst still admitted in hospital. I lodged a claim with Raf this year in May and was told my claim will be paid within 3 months. Six months later I am still not paid I lodged a complaint in October and the other complaint in November but I have not received and response thus far. Desired outcome: I want u to help me to be paid my claim speedily

Road Accident Fund Road Accident Fund failing to pay funds

I had a claim for a motor vehicle accident, which was successful, and the Road Accident Fund said that payments of claims take up to two months to be finalised, it has now been 4 (four) months, and NO PAYMENT YET! Also when phoning them, no one can assist you with any information regarding your claim. They only say that they can't help you.

I was hit by a speeding taxi in 2013 October n I submitted a claim via Selota attorneys but its 4 years now n only sent to a specialist once. When I call their offices I don't get a clear reply nor when I go there I only get a reply that they'll be in touch for me to go to a specialist as instructed by the specialist I previously saw... I'm beginning to sense foul play by the legal side of me.

I was injured in 2007 and for that whole year going up and down to doctors, physiotherapists and other treatments, so eversince then im still waiting and i recieved a call this year telling me to go to Pretoria to doctors, physios and occupational therapist, i dont see that situation being fair to me as i suffered all these years with my arm and hand not working, if they dont want to pay me they must tell me .Im really so dissapointed.
