Hmmmmm, Called this dealership...They have a Peter working there, shocker!
I take that back, they have changed names again, but I will not list it, because it will prob change again in the near future.
They have a current pending suit against them now.
Route 495 auto group is the new name, Pete, either you are Bob, or a friend!
If you do the research and follow the trail. You will see this biz frequently changes names.
I have checked some more. You have the start date of this business listed as 1988. That date should be 2010. I have no idea to whom you are referring, but it certainly is not 495 Auto Group. You added a lot of content which is irrelevant. Could you please eliminate the irrelevancies?
Why don't you come on back when you know which dealership you are talking about, okay? BBB has never gotten any complaints about this used car dealer in Haverhill, MA.
The more I look at your complaint, the more it looks like you are not talking about the guys I bought my car from.

I bought a car from these folks, and they treated me very well. I got a great trade in allowance on my tow-in, and bought a wonderful for an almost wholesale price. I was shocked when I came here to write a review, saw yours, so I checked it out. Above is the search on BBB official website, showing 495 Auto Group has NO complaints. Your complaint sites 19 com plaints.
