RX pharmacy I want this harassment stopped immediately or I will have to take matters into my own hands

I have been called by this company numerous times. Each time they ask me if I need any refills on medications, which I have never ordered from them, I tell them to take my number out of their registry. I have also informed them that I am a physician and would never order medications from them.

Well, after repeating myself each time for the first few calls, I began to get angry with them and they began to harass me even more. They soon started saying that they did not believe that I was a physician and even asked me questions they thought only a physician could answer to prove that I am a physician.

This has not been enough, however, and I am still receiving harassing calls. In fact, I just received a call less than an hour ago and when I told him I had asked them to quit calling me at least 20 times already he informed me that others have asked him 300 times before he finally quit calling, so I have quite a while to go. I have registered on the “do not call” list but their phone number shows up as a regular number so I believe they side-step the list by doing this.

I can even call the number back. I want this harassment stopped immediately or I will have to take matters into my own hands.

I have been receiving phone calls for over a year. I told them several times I was not interested and to stop calling me. At first it was a woman speaking English, then it was women with accents. I got tired of blocking the calls and having my phone ring numerous times a day. They would use my area code and change the number each time. Finally I had it a few weeks ago. I knew it was them and decided to give them a piece of my mind. My script isn't very polite but it seems to have worked after answering two phone calls. AND it made my day giving them some of their own medicine. I have received only two calls since then. "I am not interested and I have told you before to stop calling me. You have called me a million "f"ing times, a MILLION "f"ing times". They hung up. A day or so later they called again and I only got one verse out and they hung up.

I received a call today. I became suspicious almost immediately when the woman, who told me her name was "Kyon, " began asking questions about my medical insurance. I asked her where she got my information and she said from a medical survey. She spoke to me about a medical cream for back pain and asked me to rate my back pain on a scale from 1-10. She then asked me for my doctor's name. I told her "shouldn't you know her name and office if they were the ones who referred you?" At this point I became very suspicious. In an attempt to lend credence to the fact that she was a legitimate company, she mentioned having worked at a Heavenly Donuts near my doctor's office in North Andover, Mass. I realize now that a quick google query would have given her a list of local coffee shops. I asked for her company name and phone number: RXPharmacy Services / [protected]. (Call came in with no caller ID btw)

Long story short, I gave away information, regrettably, but I did call my primary care office right away and told them not to sign any documentation from these scammers. They apparently prey on those with medicaid/medicare.

I just got a call from rx pharmacy services. When i asked for more info, they said website was rxpharmacyservices.com and supervisor phone number was [protected]. Caller ID shows a local phone number. The disturbing thing is that they had my full first and last name. How did they get that? When I asked, they claimed I filled out a wellness survey at the above email address, which of course I did not. Did they make that up, or has someone filled that out under my name? And if not, how did they get my name? Any further info appreciateed.

I too have been battling the same situation, but a different company. They do not have a phone number that I can call them back on. All of their numbers do not work when I call them back. I have called my phone company, they said there is nothing they can do. I filed an online complaint with the FCC with all the documentation needed to overwhelmingly support my case, a few weeks later, I received a letter from them stating that there is nothing they can do.
I have blocked many of the phone numbers that this place uses, which does absolutely no good. They just call back from a different "line" that shows up as "out of area".
Some of the people that call are men and they have said some pretty disgusting stuff to me. They don't care what they say.
Short of changing my number, there is not one damn thing I can do to stop this, I have tried everything in the book.

I feel for anyone who has or is currently dealing with this kind of situation because there isn't anything you can do.

The "business" is located out the country in Costa Rica, outside of US TelCom regulations. I have received about 1200 calls from they over the last 18 months at all hours, after multiple requests for no call back and actually threatening the call center workers who continue to harass me, and in some cases threaten me. They use fake US area codes. Complain to the DEA (complaint form online) Also, please see the info below from another of the thousands of US citizens harassed by the company:

This number is from the Rx Pharmacy group, which also goes by the name of The Blue Navy Corporation. They are based in Costa Rica. I've asked to be removed from their list, but they don't because they don't have to obey US telecom laws. The only recourse I've had is to call them up enough times to annoy the crap out of them and it has worked to a degree. I still get some calls, but not nearly as many. I've made the following list of numbers that are all affiliated with this company:

I've called enough times to get one girl to quit. If they're busy answering the phones, hopefully they can't spend as much time calling us.
