TO WHOM MAY CONCERN, ON 19TH JANUARY 2014, I ENTER THE SHOP NAMED WATSONS, I WANT TO BUY SOME STUFF TO MAKE SURE I GET THE RED PACKET WHICH GIVEN FREE, BUT WHEN I HEAD TO THE COUNTER, I SAW ANOTHER MISTER/MAN WAS PAYING & I TRY TO ASK THE MAN TO GIVE ME THE RED PACKET IF HE DIDN'T WANT IT, BUT THE CASHIER, I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME, MALE, 5.2 FEET TALL...

Watsons Bad Attitude of Staff

I went to Watsons, Tesco Taiping and a so call 'store manager' named AMIRAH acted rudely and it was like we owe her thousands of money! But then we continued to shop around and my bf wanted to buy a hair dye. So we stand in front of those products and start discussing which colour to buy with our basket (full with stuffs) on the floor. And she kept on stare on us and the basket like we are going to steal the things in that shop! After she realised we had noticed about it she then asked the new staff to stand beside us and do the same thing!Oh gosh! This really pissed me off!

Saya selalu membeli barang di watson tesco rawang ... ini kali ke 3 saya dengan cashier bernama FADILA ... khimat pelanggan dia sangat teruk ... cara dia agak kurang ajar ... saya bertanyakan sesuatu tapi dia menjawab dengan agak kasar ... bukan saya seorang, tetapi pelanggan lain jugak kena begitu ... selama 5 tahun saya menjadi pelanggan watsons, ini lah store pertama yang ada layanan paling teruk saya alami .. harap ada tindakan selanjutnya...

Watsons Rip off

I went shopping overseas and this Drug Store had to call the agency to confirm my details, and BBG Communications ripped me off three times! It cost me $70! So be careful when using CC!

I agree with the observation that the staff of some of your branches are rude. I experienced this myself when I bought some items at Watsons Marquinton. Someone from head office should try to go there incognito to verify this observation.

I hope that you will give an immediate action to my complaint. Sana nagkakaroon kayo ng managerial traning for Pharmacist kasi kahit na Pharmacist sila they are handling people paano nila matuturuan yung mga tao nila ng motivation and proper customer service kung sila mismo hindi nila alam, ang alam lang nila mag dispense. Its not enough to give the satisfaction of the customer. Like in my case, kahit na tama yung naibigay sa akin na gamot, i was thingking kung sa watsons pa rin ako bibili kasi baka maulit na naman ang pambabastos sa akin and also siguro sa iba rin in front of the other customer.

I'm a professional person kaya sa ganitong way ko nalang sinabi yung inis ko sa pharmacist na yun. Because i don't want to make a debate and say any bad words in front of the other customer during that day that i was talking to that head pharmacist... I hope that you will give an immediate action in this matter.
