Customer Service - No Action
SABB Bank Issued Visa Plantinum Card, but didnt linked the Credit Card Account with my sabb current accounts or online accounts to check or review the status my transaction done or payment due date... though so many complaint over sabbnet, sabbdirect since april 2015 but no action by customer service just one reply already linked whereas i didnt see linked to my accounts, i found sabb customer service not as good as before

I made international transfer of SAR 40000 and was following for complete month of February.SABB didn't do the transfer and after 1 month follow up refunded the SAR. 37672 . No reason what so ever for why money was not transferred and why my money as deducted.
I had a loss of SAR 3000plus due to late SABB service and the deduction of SAR2398. I have sent many emails on contact center but no reply.
Every SABB customer is suffering due to SABB delays.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I agree. I have the same problem with international transfers. 2-3 Weeks to get money from my Sabb Riyadh account to my NBD account in UAE.
For years i had this problem so i decided to transfer my 50k salary to my SNB account and let sabb enjoy departing customers until one day will be acquired by a startup. What adds insult to injury is that Sabb after i initiate each transfer the send an sms asking for the level of satisfaction with transfers which i give them 0 out of 10 each time but looks like no body reads these surveys. To solve this issue i recommend for Sabb to save it's brand and buy HSBC because it is HSBC world wide acting as a correspondent bank for Sabb sits on billions of cash that passes through them so that they can gain interest and save them self from going bankrupt because they have zero offerings compared to global banks.
Last Thursday dated 03-June-21 at 15.33 hrs I received the message of 699 GBP deduction. Same time I call to customer and launch my complain and he told me that you should block your card and I will raise money refund request to complain center Reference # RFC/2021/[protected].
On Sunday 13-June-21 I again call to customer care and lady told me that you do not have any money refund request, but I will raise for you if transaction is from your end bank will charge you 58 SAR and I agreed for deduction and I clearly told him to return my amount in any case
Today I again call, and I socked customer lady told me that you did the transaction, then I tell her I want my money back so then she again launch my complain and give RFC/2021/022971.
