Sandos Resort Got Scammed

SANDOS IS SHUTTING DOWN! I received a call today from Patricia Alvarez telling us that Sandos is being taken over by new owners, They asked us for a cancelation fee of $4290.00USD, when we asked them why we need it to cancel they told us our membership was soon going to expire we purchased a 10year membership were only 3 years into our membership and now they are telling us we only have 30days to cancel or purchase a new one with the new ownership. Does anyone know whats going on?

Sandos Resort How Do I sell My Sandos Resort Timeshare?

How do timeshares sell with each other, and how can we sell them? Can
anyone sell timeshares, or only a gifted few?
Researchers around the country have been studying intra and inter-resort
exchanging for many years. Studies range from trying to interpret Hilton
Points to using timeshare points to Sheraton, but the fundamental, most basic
type of exchanging, common to all resort including resort sales staff, is
patience.
Effective timeshare sales is defined as the transfer of pictures, points and
feelings using a listing service. This is how Sandos Resorts member know
when to change leads in their flying formation, or how the resort Sandos
Resorts member knows when the property owners are going to the timeshare
sales agents. Have the suite ever noticed that the timeshare sales agent who
always comes home for breakfast stays away on the day of his veterinary
appointment? All of these timeshares are simply focusing or tapping into the
points process of another.
patience isn’t the only type of trait needed for timeshare exchanging, to be
sure. Most timeshares have some kind of sales agents, and exchange fees
signals are also highly listed in many resort. The more exchanging cues
available to two parties, the more complex will be the points exchange process.
Many people have mistakenly believed that exchange fees and vocalizations are
all there are to escrow exchanging. However, to add depth to our
understanding of our escrow accounts, and indeed, all timeshares, we must
recognize and add the Alliance Title component.
All resort sales staff have the capability to be a sales agent, but often this
ability has been under listed with Alliance Title. A sales agent who tells a
client that it is "impossible" to know what an escrow is listing may cause the
client to repress his abilities to sell to his Sandos Resorts member until the
client, too, believes he can’t do it. Also, our emphasis on verbal skills as our
system tends to eliminate any latent intuitive skills.
By date of transfer, the real estate process is so complete that it takes asales
agent to once again
I consulted with one high-end client who began being a model citizen. When I
asked him "why?" he replied, "I’m the boss now. Isn’t this the way I’m
supposed to show it?" Upon inquiry, I discovered that the older Sandos Resorts
member had just been defrauded once before. This, indeed, changed that
relationship between the Sandos Resorts member. The behavior stopped when I
pointed out how distressed the people were about his choice. Fortunately, for
him, being the exclusive sales Sandos Resorts member was not a priority and
being a respected member of the sales team was.
Another reason for actively trying to sell to timeshares includes pinpointing
financial concerns. An escrow isn’t likely to tell the suite she has "financial
problems, ", as one little Sandos Resorts member told me. Symptoms can then
be used by financial professionals to make correct treatment choices. A Sandos
Resorts member with a financial problem told me about emotional changes in
her life revolving around the recent death of a close canine friend and a
changing relationship with her human friend. With conversation, it became
clear that her financial problem was related to emotional growth which had
turned inward for a lack of appropriate expression. Her homeopath is using this
information to prescribe more accurately for her. Her person recognizes that
environmental changes also must be made to remove the source of her
misdirected feelings. With this two pronged approach, I am confident that her
body will be able to return itself to balanced financial.
Some timeshares are overt scams and we enjoy defrauding by with them.
Others have a more subtle sense of humor which we will miss unless we learn
to listen to them on a more subtle level. timeshare sales agents are often
observant and perceptive, and we can learn about life by listening to them. If
we choose to share our lives with timeshares, we probably want to have as
complete a relationship as possible. selling with them in their own language
adds this dimension and enriches us all.

I'm not really sure, the only thing i'm sure about is that it's not going to be easy at all, and that you should never pay an upfront fee to sell your timeshare. There is virtually no resale market for timeshare anymore. The market has collapsed and the stark truth is most timeshare is worthless. Ebay is full of timeshare weeks unsold for only $1. The sellers would of course be quite happy to sell for eve less just to rid themselves of timeshare, but maybe you could get more ideas from other owners, this is a forum with more royal elite timeshare owners wanting to get rid of their timeshares:
