Paid for and never received order (order 1651)
Order paid for on 23 August 2020. Received an email on 25 September 2020 that an order was being sent. I emailed 15 November 2020 that the order had not been received. Received email 19 November stating the order was sent to "Emily Qurbanov, 113 Carondolet Ct S, Mobile, AL [protected]"
I responded the same day that it was not the recipient nor address on my order. I reside in South Africa. I asked how this would be resolved: a refund or the other being sent to the correct recipient and address? As of today 26 November 2020, nil reply
Patterns
I ordered two patterns from them on August 19, 2015 and received my receipt via email. As of today I have not received the patterns but they definitely took the money for them. I have emailed them numerous times no response and I have also telephoned them at the phone number on the receipt and no human contact just a recording. I left them messages and...

Order number 503678 15th Sept 2014 I have emailed this company many times on 2 patterns missing from this order that were on back order they still have not supplied patterns nor offered refund. I put in another order on Dec 17th 2014 order number 510780 I have heard nothing from this company even after emailing them about where this order is I want a refund for this latest order & the 2 patterns missing from the Sept order. They repeatedly ignore any emails I send & won't respond back to Pay Pal nor will they send my patterns I think this has gone on long enough I want my money refunded & others need to no this company is not to be trusted to do business with. I have order receipts and pay pal receipts also I want my money refunded I will never trust this company again yr photo up, order keeps uploading the same photo but I have photos of emails confirming all orders from them & payments made to, pay pal time for the, to sort this out
Pay Pal got my refund for 17 dec order but I still have never resolved the 2 backordered patterns from sept 2014 nor got a refund for them do NOT deal with this company they are untrustworthy do not respond to emails to sort the problems out
