I have placed an order online [30.01.2018] for a [censored] Boy dress that was on sale - showing that there was stock..
they have taken my money from my account [delivery was suppose to be 1-4 working days as per online notification]... which was false but they were so delayed that they could not even sort that out.
i followed up on my orders several times and spoke to the manager from head office of the store telling her that i needed the dress by 09.02.2018 [she said she will push for it and call me back] - but to date she did not - so incompetent.
on Thursday last week they refunded my money stating [sorry the item is out of order] - how pathetic is that.
they suppose to compensate me somehow - but chose not to.
they are pathetic usesless trashes.
Unfair customer service decision taken against me
3 weeks back i bought a pair of [censored]boy black Shoes for R 495, i worn them once and within seven days they were pealing of at the back, when i took them back they refused to refund me i left them in store as i had no reason to keeep them, they stated that i am the one responsible for the damage and their shoes are non leather therefore the is nothing they can do for me which they did not even indicate to me that their shoes are non leather and therefore i am buying them at my own risk. i tried calling their head office in Cape Town to escalate my concern, no one is actually willing to assist up to today the 20/05/2014. i need my money back as i seriously need a pair of black shoes for work
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Good morning i am here to complain i am a very very big [censored] boy fan, but i got let down by [censored] boy the last 2 months i bought a handbag it torn in the inside after a week, i bought a jean and the same happend aswell with my bra and my top and my purse. Im truely dissapointed in [censored] boy i always buy [censored] boy but this time i dont even want to anymore because you pay so much for something then it tears my heart is sore. I would have to go to hello peter as well. Because complaining in store doesnt even help taking it back does also not help because there is always issues. Im really really dissapointed in [censored] boy.

i need to get my money back
i was called by Mr price employee offering me a simcard i told her i have four phones i do not need another one
after they send a sim card idid not activate id not even use it .They stop sending meseges to my number i was not able to get my statement still i continue paying withouth nowing how much is my balance. In October when i went to purchase some clotheds i founf out that my instolment is more than i konw. Wheni ased them they told me about the simcard that was send to me
I then tell them that i did no use the sim bacause i told the lady i dont need any simcars
i was the told to pay even if i did not use the sincard.
