Poor Roofing
We trusted this company to provide us with a new roof. They talked a good game but here we are, the first drenching rain since our new roof was put on and we have HUGE water bubbles coming out from our interior wall. Apparently the "roofers" bent our gutters in toward our house so the water is no collecting in the wall where the roof meets our living room. These people are HORRIBLE! They damaged our trim, left nails everywhere and just did a half ### job. Do NOT use this company!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Well, we tried to reach out to you. Here it is two days later and still no response. If your installation was truly a concern, I would think that your first priority would be to contact the company to rectify the situation or demand a refund on the work. Since neither have been done, I can only assume this review is false. We did recently have a former employee that was found to be negligent and stole from the company and his employment was terminated. Since this happened, we've been noticing false reviews popping up on several social media sites anonymously. We can only assume it's this same employee who was fired because of the nature of the posts and the anonymous way in which they're left coupled with the timing and similarity of the posts.
We're not so naive to think that not everyone is going to be satisfied with work done for various reasons but we have an excellent track record of resolving any concerns or issues that may come up. IF this is a legit complaint, please provide us with your contact information so that we may address it directly. Thank you.
