SKT Themes unprofessional customer services! I don't recommend skt themes.

Hi, I dont recommend SKT Themes since they have unprofessional customer services and they dont have necessary information on their web page.

WARNING: Be aware that they store you credit card information and renew every year without your confirmation.

They give unprofessional responses to your e-mails, like: "We are in India. Here in India no one asks for refund." or "What legal?" ...

Before expiry date of my renewal I checked SKT web site and my account details and I havent seen any information about the payment, renewal or personal data related information after login to my account details.
Since there is no card information or renwal related information on my personal account details (*** I think they have to mention it explicitly about renewal process or put a link on personal accounts), I dont even know they store my credit card information.

After 1 year they auto renew and take $99 without my confirmation! They said, they sent 3 mails before, but I have only one mail mentioning for renewal on my junk mail. I only used their one theme when I first bought the themes and never used them after. They dont give information about the renewal when you first buy the service or any other information on my order.

I strongly advice you to avoid using SKT Themes since I saw similar and other complaints on web or be carefull.

Anyway, may be I have mistakes not to find renewal mail on my junk, I havent informed that they store my sensitive data and they have already taken the amount, I advice people to be carefull!

SKT Themes themes

I hired them to do some customization work and work was not satisfactory. Definitely don't appear to take pride in their work. When I addressed this, Shri (owner) said "this is a lot of work for what you pay me." He was the one that gave me the quote for the project that was clearly outlined to his specifications!

I needed up hiring someone else to finish the project and they did a fantastic job. Problem is now I still have to deal with them and they are slow on tech support.

In addition, BUYER BEWARE-I use the Business Pro (fully maximized theme) and yet Shri responded back to some tech issues I am having with my and said "the theme is not compatible." I'm using Thrive themes and a Canyon Market e-form plugin for a marketing piece (sales funnel) on my website. These are basic business software items and have millions of users but your Business ProTheme is not compatible?

I would not recommend SKT themes.

SKT Themes The company has provided the worst services. Be aware

I wanted to buy Website Themes from SKT Themes and I emailed the owner, who assured us that we would get excellent support. After 4 days we found out that this company completely ignored us and their customer services were the worst one. Our communication stopped and I logged into the account and wrote on support forums, but I didn’t get any responses there as well. So, I won’t recommend this company to other people.

SKT Themes has an active support team. I have received answers to each of my questions. With websites, you have to be OK with workarounds. These guys either give a perfect answer or a suitable runner-up. The SKT Themes support team has answered every design and function question I have had and in a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend purchasing an SKT Theme allowing them to support you while you build.
