Smoke51.com free is not free

I was on facebook when I was prompted to win a free gift if I completed a survey. I did and then the website stated FREE electronic cigarette kit. All you pay is shipping and handling. I was thinking of quitting so why not. 4.95 to try and quit. Would have enough electronic filters to last about a month. So I did.
I gave my CC number and I received a confirmation email. The package arrived a few days later, but I sat it on the counter waiting to finish up my carton of cigs before trying. I was notified on 6-20 by mail that my account was compromised and the bank sent another card. I called the bank before I trashed my old card to see if anyone has put any charges on my acct. There was a 99.95 charge on 6-20 by Ecigsupplier.com. I told the bank that I did not authorize that. I contacted Smoke51.com and the customer service lady informed me I would receive credit for the 99.95 IF I supply the tracking number from the postal carrier when I return the package. She also informed me it was only a trial period of 14 days. it's in the terms and agreement. I told her the add said free. there was a cost for the kit, but it was crossed out with 0.00 plus the 4.95 shipping and handling. I guess when they say free, it's actually 99.95. I hate scammers.

Smoke51.com Product doesn't work 80% of the time, customer service is horrible

Worst company EVER... product doesn't work 80% of the time, customer service is horrible! they dont know whats going on in their own company! i finally meet a sales girl 2 months ago in Vegas... there wasa tradeshow for consumer goods and i went with a friend who has a conveince store... i starter talking to some tiny girl who said she was the sales manager (what a joke)... said they offered a lifetime warranty and that they were the best company... i asked her to switch the battery that was not working and she said she couldnt do it on the spot! BS... 2 minutes later i saw her give someone a free kit... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!

That is not true at all.We have great customer service and are always happy to replace a battery or charger that is not working. Have you bothered to call our customer service department at [protected] from 9am - 5pm est. Mon - Fri. I doubt it. If you did you would have a working unit. We have thousands of customers that love our product and are more then happy with their E-Cig and our customer service. For all that are interested in trying our product call our customer service department and you will see for yourself we are a great company and have a great customer service department. You do not have to take what I or this person have to say. Try it for yourself.

Smoke51.com smokeless cigarette

I went with trial just paid $9.95 s&h.

On 12/26/09 my bank acount had a withdrawal from smoke51 in the amount of $89.95. This amount was supposed to be $69.99.

I have been trying to reach smoke51 by email and phone calls. NO RESPONSES!

Now, today, 1/02/10 smoke51 took another $29.95 from my account. I have reported to my bank but something needs to be done about this scam.

I have been trying to contact you for 4 days now. This morning I was waiting over 2 hrs on the phone and was the # 1 caller for that long. I am just trying to find out where my order is.

Anita, Azure or whoever you are. You are just a person that is trying to trash a company for no reason. You even changed your name to try and hide what you are doing. I am sure everyone reading this site can see just as well as i do that all you are trying to do is promote 1 company by trashing another. I on the other hand am an employee of Smoke 51 and make it well known because i am on here to try and help clients of this company out if they have a problem. i ordered smoke 51 on dec 12.09 i received it on dec 22'09 cancelled subscription on dec 22'09 i returned product unopened on dec 23.09 i have not gotten the charges reversed back to my debit card the rma # is ST7541 i did not have that number at the time i sent product back i would like my refund please

You might want to contact the Better Business Bureau, your State Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Trade Commission. All three of these resources will assist and look into Fraud, Scams Etc...

Smoke51.com operates out of the beautiful state of Florida. They operate a site that sells a smokeless alternative to cigarettes. They very plainly state that you can try their product for 30 days for free, and if you want to keep the product, they will then charge your bank account $89.97 at the end of 30 days. I just reieved this product last thursday...

Smoke51.com Internet scam?

I am unsure of the REAL name of this company, the website offers a free trial, pay only shipping and handling(under $10.00) if satisfied, keep it and pay for it later. I still have not received my starter kit, and all of their phone numbers have been removed from the website. When I called every number they had listed, they went to the exact same message of a lady's voice stating that all of their agents are busy call back later. When I attempt to login to their website, an error message says the email address is not recognized. What? I have sent numerous e-mails in regards to this, and still no response, and still no product. I even e-mailed requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization form, so I would not continue getting charged, and still no response. I am bummed, as I thought this would be a great offer for an excellent product. I am unclear if the name of the parent company is Smoke Everywhere, or Smoke Anywhere, so I am posting it as Smoke-51.com which is where I placed my order. Now I must call the bank and cancel my card... What a hassle, Buyer Beware! Read all the fine print, when in doubt Just Say No!

This Business is not BBB Accredited. These folks are operating a number of different "names:" "Smoke Anywhere USA", "Burn Bright" "No Flame Ecigs" and "Power E Cigs" is their latest incarnation, the only conceivable concept is they mean to obfuscate and confuse consumers regarding who they actually are.
Maybe try- Smoke Anywhere USA, Inc. Ms. Orit Eroch (?) 3101 W. Hallendale Beach Blvd., #100 Pembroke Pines, FL [protected] 882-7095 Website: http://www.smoke51.com
Other phone numbers- (Per FL BBB: [protected]) [protected]-[protected] [protected]

I was granted a full, and complete REFUND by calling their 800# and speaking with a rep (whose native language is NOT english) who said "okay" after every statement I made, while I could hear paper shuffling (as if trying to find the right page of their script.

If you are trying to quit smoking (as well as eat better+get more exercise= live forever), find a local 'vapor' shop and speak to them about Ecigs and their 'Ejuice- and any other concerns you may have regarding Ecigs. I have found most to be very helpful and informative. Unlike most of the reps you will contact via a "Crick here now" web advertisement. STEAR WAAAY CLEAR OF THIS "ENTITY."

I just received a call from this company by an agent named Patrick and he said if I was interested to call him back at this number: [protected].

I was not sure what the call was about, so I just took a message. When I got online to look it up, I saw these posts. I am not interested in being scammed but was hoping maybe those of you trying to reach the company can use the number I was given.

I agree with all the people saying this is a scam. I ordered the smoke free cigarettes from Smoke51. I received the $9.95 kit which included the smokeless cigarette, charger, and 7 filters. Two weeks later my bank charged my accoung for $89.95 which put my account in the negative. There were 7 other charges I made on my account since that time in which my bank is now charging me $35.00 per one. As I said, it was posted but my bank didn't approve it till today, 1/5/10. Luckily I called my bank and told them this wasn't an authorized charge, so hopefully I won't be charged the fees. I called earlier at the number on the card Smoke51 sent and got a message only giving web sites to go to and they went so fast I wasn't able to write them down. Then they hung up on me without me being able to speak to a representative. After speaking to my bank, I decided to try again. To my surprise I actually got someone named Kia. I told her of my being upset, that the smokeless cigarette still had nicotine in it and wasn't helping my cravings and that I wanted to cancell my membership. She sounded like she had a cold and sniffled all through the conversation. She said she cancelled my membership. I asked for an authorization # in which she hessitated to give me but finally did. Then she told me to send the starter kit back to 3101 W. Hallandale Blvd., Suite 100, Hallandale, FL 33009. and to put on the outside of the pkg a RMA #. I am going to do so and hope I never receive anymore charges. I guess after reading all the horror stories above, I'm going to have to cancel my card so that this company doesn't charge me anymore. Thank you all for informing everyone of the scam. Wish I had looked deeper into this before ordering it.

While I was out shopping I came across this Smoke51 Kiosk at the Boulivard Mall on Niagara Falls Bvld in Buffalo, NY . I watched the video at the mall and took a sheet of information and a business card from the man selling this at the Kiosk. If it helps the business card says there is a local buffalo phone # [protected] on it with an email address of mysmoke51@yahoo.com.On the flyer the phone number is [protected] and that the 51 is a product of Smoke Anywhere USA, INC. I am SO GRATEFUL that me, my mother, my daughter and my boyfried did not get involved in this scam. My boyfried found this complaint sight and emailed it to me. (Thank goodness he is a former law inforcement officer and checks this stuff out first) My heart goes out to all of you for becoming victim to this scam. I'm wondering if alot of the malls have Kiosks that you can complain to the Mall Security. I will do this in Buffalo. Maybe someone can catch the stealing @#$%$#%^. Again sorry for your distress but thanks for the heads up.
