Shipping
I have called solara for weeks and they tell me everyday sometimes 2xs a day that we will ship it out today. Going on 2 weeks now. I need my new insulin pump and supplies. This is ridiculous I know the people at the call center by first name. Call center people are absolutely amazing every time but shipping is unreal. I am shocked at how awful it’s been to try to get something that my insurance paid for shipped. I can’t do this every month with them. They all say it will ship “today” but today has been for the last 2 weeks….
Desired outcome: Ship it TODAY
Service on renewal
I have been on the phone with solara more times then I care to! This company has the WORST customer service. No one let me know my prescription ran out no one let me know that they didn’t receive it from my dr. I received a text asking if I was ready to place my order I said yes. Then I never heard from them again. When using my last DEXCOM I called . Now for two weeks I have been trying to get my order! I have Been told so many different things. Since a week ago I have been told my order is ready to ship but it still has not been shipped! Told them to go back and listen to all of the recordings of my phone calls! Still no help! All I can do is email someone! Once I was even told they were waiting On me to call and verify my address! I have been receiving DEXCOM from them for over a year now and thneed to verify my address but still no one called to do that! Terrible company!
Desired outcome: My DEXCOM should have been sent last Friday but it wasn’t! Want I want is it to been here at my house today because my DEXCOM ends tonight!
Extremely difficult representative after waiting over 3 hours on hold.
Previously, when Solara was independent, they were a decent company. Since they have been bought ought by adapt health, it has been nothing but trouble. Hello
I needed to check on my latest supply order as I'm Type 1 diabetic & get my insulin pump & cgm supplies through Solara medical and am going to be out of my sensors for my cgm in 3 days which were supposed to be in this order. I cannot wear my cgm without sensors which cause my blood sugars to run over 600 until I have a sensor! So I tried to get a hold of someone from Solara medical for the past week to check & make sure my order was on its way to me sending multiple messages on their site & numerous phone calls with too long of wait times! Today I waited on hold for almost 2 hours while the estimated wait time kept saying 2 min then 1 min for almost a total of 2 hours! This company supply's supplies to alot of Type 1 diabetics which is their life line & have constant problems every time I need my supplies even though as far as they tell me everything's handled and on their way to me!
Desired outcome: Need to have some sure way to contact these people! Also is an automatic call back when the line opens up so hard to have available? It's a mess to say the least trying to just contact someone about patient's life saving supplies!
Incorrect Billing to Patient

1. Solara Medical Supplies billing claims patient amount due is $41.94 balance from TRICARE payment received of only $9.06 for Claim #[protected] processed on 04/12/2023 pertaining to Date of Service 03/03/23 - TRICARE remarks "044" stated "Payment has been made to the provider of care for claim #[protected]." Claim #[protected] process date 03/21/2023 pertaining to Date of Service 03/03/23 was paid amount due of $51.00 by TRICARE.
2. TRICARE Customer Service Representative (Jodie Dial) was notified of discrepancy and a letter mailed to provider (Solara Medical Supplies, 38023 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, MI [protected]) dated May 9, 2023. Letter pertains to Sponsor #XXX-XX-8835; Patient Rita F Halbrook; Claim #[protected]; Date of Service 03/03/2023.
Desired outcome: 1. No Payment Due from Patient.2. Review of accounting error to identify where this problem occurred with resolution.
Solara medical supplies
This company is terrible. They NEVER can return a call. When you call them, you can hardly ever speak to someone without having to leave a phone number for them to "return your call." They never ship diabetic pump supplies on time leaving us without our supplies for days at a time. Having these supplies is usually a life or death situation as we need our stiff to survive.
Desired outcome: To have the problems resolved.
Lack of response concerning questions only solara medical (adapthealth) can answer
Solara has a customer order response system that does not work even via their staff and will not answer their phones. The erroneously shipped 1/3 of a 3-month supply of Tandem Insulin pump consumables and have made the same mistake over the last 1.5 years.
