Previously, when Solara was independent, they were a decent company. Since they have been bought ought by adapt health, it has been nothing but trouble. Twice they have incorrectly billed our insurance with the wrong codes, resulting in no payment from insurance and they won’t process orders until paid. After calling Them and the insurance company I was able to sort out the billing and have everything paid in full. In addition, the wait times now are unbelievably long to even speak with a representative about order status. Last week I waited on hold for an hour and a half will need to be hung up on. Today I waited for one hour and 45 minutes to finally speak to quite honestly the rudest representative I have ever dealt with. She refused to discuss anything on the phone with me and also refused to get a supervisor for me. In addition, she refused to give me her name. I then had my daughter who is the patient on the phone and she told my daughter that if I spoke again, she would disconnect. She would not give her name to my daughter either and hung up when asked it. All we were trying to do was check on an order that is over two weeks past due and make sure the most recently misfiled insurance claim by them had been corrected. We will never use this company again and will switch to someone else for diabetes supplies. What a shame since they used to be a good company. The previous representative I spoke with told me everything was different and Adapt Health was awful. She said that about her own company. Do not use this company!
Desired outcome: Just provide the supplies we need for diabetes management at the scheduled time.
