Sunrise PC Support They took money for the services, but they didn't provide them

I have already used the services of the company Sunrise PC Support, but recently I spoke with the rep and he advised me to upgrade my system. He told me that it would cost me about $400. They told me that I could split the sum for two parts. I agreed and sent them payments in two parts, but after that I haven’t heard from them and no services or support was provided. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

Sunrise PC Support They do not give refunds…

Sunrise PC Support installed antivirus software on my pc. When I contacted support team I was told that my installation was illegal and they could not help me and I should get my money back but Sunrise PC Support say that they do not give refunds…

I am also not agree with John Pooke, I am living in Las Vegas, Naveda. My dad call them for fixing issue in the absence of me. They really fixed issue and they are providing unlimited support by phone and remote. I an can trust on them. These guys are working very well and they really very polite. They are giving unlimited support.

I found them very helpful and supportive. They are very upfront in refunds and pay you straightway if you demand. It happened with me and I have no complaint about refund. I disagree with your comments and they are misleading comment for me.
