Super Gadgets Unable to contact for help

I purchased through Living Social - 4 x pool bean bags $59.00 each deal. I contact Living Social as I was having trouble contacting Super Gadgets as I could not redeem by vouchers. I had tried so many times to Email and phone them for help. The emails kept bouncing back to me and the phone number every time I phoned the recording said incorrect number. I contacted Living Social again they said people were having troubles with Upper and lower case letters for the voucher codes I kept trying but the price didn't change in the cart details. The voucher code was not adjusting the price. The price was $236.00 for the 4 items with the discount. The cart was saying I owed the full price which was incorrect. I found it very frustrating not being able to contact them for help. Then the 4 vouchers expired and I didn't receive the gifts for Christmas. It is an extremely busy time of the year for my business and now have paid for items I have not received. It's very frustrating when after the fact I read reviews of people warning you against this company because of similar problems.

Super Gadgets SuperGadgets popping up more often in the red

Placed an order through an online discount deal (SuddenValues.com) as I see several other complaints here are from people who have dealt with them through other online discount deal centers.

PROBLEM: Order placed 09/01/2012, today is 11/11/2012 and still not shipped.

Company keeps giving same basic responses when emailed:

After ordering a Mini I pad cover through living Social around Christmas I e-mailed Super Gadgets to fine out where it was, this was the reply on Jan 5: "Your order is being shipped - we were trying our best
to ship before Christmas/New year but even all the shipping lines are busy due to season However, you will receive the same in a weeks time. (LIES)
WE are yet to allot a tracking number to these orders. (LIES)

Jan 21 this was the reply: "This order is marked as Partially Shipped. (LIES) Your Order Contains: 1 x I-Pad / Mini Combo (Case + Screen guard + Stylus)
(Color: Black,

I e-mailed them again WHAT DOES PARTIALLY SHIPPED MEAN. The reply on Jan 28 was :
*please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to show on the carrier website* (Lies ) tracking number not found on carrier website! you can't call during the hours of 8-5; (3) you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full

Feb 6 it finally arrive BROKEN and stuff and old beat up box and no stylus to boot.

I e-mailed them on Feb 8 with no response and again on Feb 13, still no response it is now Feb 18 they are rip off artist!
