Ordered buy 2 pairs, get 1 free pair promo at $19.48/pair Should have totaled $39.96. Free pair then required additional shipping fee of $11.95 at checkout, not stated in ad. My credit card then showed a charge of 105.96, minus discount of $50.90 plus shipping fee of $12.99 for c/c charge of $67.85?! Then order confirmation I saw 4 pairs, all wrong colors ordered and charges! I immediately disputed with my c/c issuer. Called Nanosocks and they were rude and abrupt! Never again! Be forewarned!

Nano Socks is taking out $27.99 every month from my account, March, April, and May 2023.

I got charged twice on my debit card for some fake charges. They should really make sure their customers are safe when they place orders.

Be careful, folks! Last year, I bought a pair of Nanosocks, and they threw in 3 extra pairs for the price of one. The Nanosocks compression was super tight and uncomfortable, so I never bought them again! On April 20, 2023, I saw that $29.77 was taken out of my bank account without my permission or purchase! I called Nanosocks right away using the number on the transaction. The Nanosocks customer rep and their boss tried to justify their shady move by saying that because I got a discount when I first bought the Nanosocks, they could sign me up for some meal plan service or product to make up for it. What a load of nonsense! I never gave them permission to keep my card info for future purchases either! I demanded that Nanosocks refund the $29.77 back to my card and remove my card info from their records! I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from a company that does illegal and unethical stuff like this. MJH, Attorney

We ordered a pair of their compression socks and were charged a high shipping and handling fee unexpectedly. We didn’t like them and wanted to return them however we were a few days past 30 days. They wouldn’t do it. Then they started charging us $34.77 per month for a membership. It’s been like 7 or 8 months of charges. They are only willing to credit for 3 months. I would never do business with this company again and neither should you.

I bought some compression socks from Nano Socks and sent them back within the 30-day refund period. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't gotten my money back. The product I'm talking about is their compression socks.

I bought 2 pairs of nanosocks on June 26, 2022 and they charged me for it. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me. So, I used the email link they provided to ask for a return. I followed their instructions and sent the socks back, but I still haven't received my refund of $56.11. I've tried calling the phone number they gave, but the call just gets disconnected. I really just want my money back, please.

I got these socks from Nano and I didn't like 'em, so I wrote to 'em to find out where to send 'em back. I sent 'em back, but they said it took too long to return 'em. The socks were still in their package, never been opened. So I reckon I should get a refund for the 3 pairs I sent back. But they told me I couldn't get a refund for 'em. Product_Or_Service: Socks

I bought Nanosocks for my mom. Due to self quarantine and Covid 19, I couldn't give them to her. When I finally did, she didn't want them at all. I tried to return them, but they said there's a strict 30-day money back guarantee and I was past the 30 days. No Covid forgiveness, seriously? What kind of customer service is that? Earlier this year, I decided to give Nano Socks a try and ordered a single pair. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the fit of the socks. Instead of returning them, I simply accepted that it was my own mistake and didn't make any more purchases from them.

However, on 03/01/2023, I noticed a charge of $29.77 on my credit card from NANOSHP-*** for items I never actually ordered. To make matters worse, I haven't received any of the merchandise either.

I have two requests to make: firstly, I would like my account to be credited for the full amount. Secondly, I do not wish to have any further communication or dealings with this company.

I made a mistake when ordering these Nano Socks. I only wanted one pair of socks at *** a pair, but I accidentally hit the wrong button and was sent *** for 5 pairs. I tried to contact the company, but I couldn't text or call them. When I called, I was told that their phone is out of order and I couldn't text them either. It's been difficult to get a hold of this company. I returned the item to the post office without opening it, and now I want a refund to my PayPal account for *** for ***.

On February 8, 2023, I ordered 6 pairs of nanosocks in size M from Nanosocks for $89.43. They arrived on February 12th, but unfortunately, they were too big for me. So, I sent an email to Nanosocks to discuss my options. On February 14, I let them know that I wanted to return the socks, which was well within their 30-day refund policy. They provided me with a request number, but I won't share it here. I sent back all the socks and got a tracking number, which is a bunch of numbers that I won't mention either. The socks were delivered to Nanosocks on February 18. Since then, I've sent them 12 emails asking for my refund of $76.35 (the total minus shipping). However, I haven't received my refund yet, and it seems like they're ignoring my request. I hope they pay attention to this matter and resolve it soon.

On July 24, 2022, I ordered 3 pairs of socks from Nano Socks. I got 2 medium ones and 1 small. They shipped it pretty quick. But when I got them, I realized the small pair won't fit. Their warranty says I can get a refund or exchange within 30 days. So on July 28, 2022, I emailed them asking to swap the small socks for a medium pair. They replied and gave me an address to send the socks back. On July 30, 2022, I sent the small socks back with a note explaining why and asking for medium socks instead. But they haven't sent the replacement socks yet. I paid for 3 pairs but only got 2, which is like two-thirds of what I ordered. I want a refund of $18.70, which is one-third of what I paid.

I bought these Nano Socks for a family member, but unfortunately, they had their legs amputated, so I don't need them anymore as a Christmas gift. The return policy is only 30 days, and with the pandemic going on, it's been tough. I made the purchase on 10/25 with my Mastercard, order #XX-XXXXXXXXXX, thinking it would be a nice present for my family member. However, they had to have both legs amputated below the knee due to venous insufficiency, so the socks are no longer useful. I emailed the company and got a response from *** There are a few things that need to be addressed here: we're in a pandemic, and they should consider special circumstances. It's disappointing that they're only offering a 50% refund for a product meant for someone who lost half their legs. What happened to good customer service and compassion?

I'm not happy with my purchase experience from Nano Socks. When I bought the socks on January 11, 2023 for $38.95, I was surprised to find out that there was an additional $12.99 shipping charge and a $3.95 service fee for just one pair of socks. They didn't mention these fees until after I completed the purchase. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order and explained why. Unfortunately, they didn't get back to me, so I reached out to them multiple times with no response.

Only after I threatened to contact ComplaintsBoard.com did they finally respond, but they gave me the runaround. They claimed they couldn't find my order, even though I provided them with all my information multiple times. Now, three months later, they have charged my credit card twice without authorization. I'm disputing these charges with my credit union and ***, but I also want to make it known that this company's business practices are unacceptable.

Ideally, I want a full refund from this shady company. At the very least, I want them to refund the $12.99 shipping charge and $3.95 service fee for the original order, which they didn't disclose before I made the purchase. Additionally, I want them to refund the unauthorized charges of $29.77 on Mar 14, 2023 and $29.77 on Mar 17, 2023 that they took from my bank account.
