Ordered buy 2 pairs, get 1 free pair promo at $19.48/pair Should have totaled $39.96. Free pair then required additional shipping fee of $11.95 at checkout, not stated in ad. My credit card then showed a charge of 105.96, minus discount of $50.90 plus shipping fee of $12.99 for c/c charge of $67.85?! Then order confirmation I saw 4 pairs, all wrong colors ordered and charges! I immediately disputed with my c/c issuer. Called Nanosocks and they were rude and abrupt! Never again! Be forewarned!

Be careful, folks! Last year, I bought a pair of Nanosocks, and they threw in 3 extra pairs for the price of one. The Nanosocks compression was super tight and uncomfortable, so I never bought them again! On April 20, 2023, I saw that $29.77 was taken out of my bank account without my permission or purchase! I called Nanosocks right away using the number on the transaction. The Nanosocks customer rep and their boss tried to justify their shady move by saying that because I got a discount when I first bought the Nanosocks, they could sign me up for some meal plan service or product to make up for it. What a load of nonsense! I never gave them permission to keep my card info for future purchases either! I demanded that Nanosocks refund the $29.77 back to my card and remove my card info from their records! We ordered a pair of their compression socks and were charged a high shipping and handling fee unexpectedly. We didn’t like them and wanted to return them however we were a few days past 30 days. They wouldn’t do it. Then they started charging us $34.77 per month for a membership. It’s been like 7 or 8 months of charges. They are only willing to credit for 3 months. I would never do business with this company again and neither should you.

The socks were delivered to Nanosocks on February 18. Since then, I've sent them 12 emails asking for my refund of $76.35 (the total minus shipping). However, I haven't received my refund yet, and it seems like they're ignoring my request. I hope they pay attention to this matter and resolve it soon.

I'm not happy with my purchase experience from Nano Socks. When I bought the socks on January 11, 2023 for $38.95, I was surprised to find out that there was an additional $12.99 shipping charge and a $3.95 service fee for just one pair of socks. They didn't mention these fees until after I completed the purchase. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order and explained why. Unfortunately, they didn't get back to me, so I reached out to them multiple times with no response.
Only after I threatened to contact ComplaintsBoard.com did they finally respond, but they gave me the runaround. They claimed they couldn't find my order, even though I provided them with all my information multiple times. Now, three months later, they have charged my credit card twice without authorization. I'm disputing these charges with my credit union and ***, but I also want to make it known that this company's business practices are unacceptable.
Ideally, I want a full refund from this shady company. At the very least, I want them to refund the $12.99 shipping charge and $3.95 service fee for the original order, which they didn't disclose before I made the purchase.
